Is farming observers which are clearly bugged an exploit?
Will people be punished or are we free to farm them?

So this new producer has to get his hand on a lot of Kernals before he can start to produce this Shield, Sensor Amps and 3-4 other items which are worth to be produced.

No, he does not need any kernels to make T1 mods

as soon as a new producer want more then T1 he MUST buy it from Beta or has to risk his little Argano to mine it.

Buying ore from the market is very easy to do, any new producer can do this.
Making some T1 items cheaper does help new people as they do not have much Nic

The price of Epri is going to rise a little due to less supply, this has very little effect on manufactrers, things cost a bit more to make then sell for more, their profit should not change. It will have an effect on high level fighters as their modules will be more expensive, but will help newer fighters as there modules will be cheaper.

You are trying to do this the hard way, the formular is quite simple, but instead of telling you what it is I will tell you how to work it out.

1) Make a trial account, with a combat character on it, wait 10 days to get more EP
2) Put 100K titan ore in a field can for the trial to take.
3) Go to terminal and find how much titan the ore gives, Do nor actually refine it, just see what you would get. Train a level of refining, and see how much titan you now get. Repeat until all your EP has gone.

You now have the data you need to work out the formular. Finding the effect of relations is more difficult, you should not attempt that until you know the effect of refining skill.

5 is the exactly the right minimum to keep out the one-player-two account corps.

No, 2 accounts have 6 characters the minimum needs to be 7 to keep them out.

Combat characters can also mine. The main mining skill is Adv Robotics (10% mining bonus per level) which fighters have

2 Combat plus manufacturer/Hauler would be good

http://www.perpetuum-online.com/~gargaj/
shows all corps with more than 5 accounts.

With the recent rise in subscribers I think the minimum size should be increased to 10, as there are too many small circles on it.

If someone wants windowed mode it is probably because they do not want it maximised. Just removing the maximised attribute would be a good start.

My trial accounts with no characters on, acrewed EP from the moment the account was created.

The factory charges an hourly rate, the longer you hire the factory slot for, the more you pay

You can go to account management on this forum which tells you how long the account has had a subscription, from which you know your EP

Communist corporations usually have dedicated communal factory accounts, refinery account, prototyper account shared by the rock-solid officer core.

or in other words

CIR and many other corps break the EULA by sharing accounts and this gives them a big advantage.

The amount of Espitium in the game is being reduced, the amount needed is hardly changing, hence the price will rise. This will mot help new players.

We also do not know what the Espitium is going to be replaced with.

Yes

Industrial extentions are not going to change. The proposed changes only apply to simple items, ammo and basic T1 modules, but most T1 modules come from shooting NPC. Ammo will become cheaper, which I think is good, hardly anything else will change.
Old industrial characters do not make their Nic from T1 modules.

But that would mean the window could not be resized or moved, in which case I definitly do not want it

Worked fine for me

ECCM module nees a boost

Selling unused MK2 CTs on the market instead of spamming the trade channel would be a good start.
