Steam achievements for entering a beta/gamma stations are either reverse or bug.  I went into a beta station and i got the Gamma achievement.  It was a player control outpost.  I tried going into the NPC beta outpost and the Beta achievement didn't record.

I cant even take this seriously when i see an E war light charging against a baph... How else we explain a slow baph got a hold of one of the fastest bots in the game.

Ask for nerfs all u want, if the DEVS actually do it we will just adapt and we see what's gonna be the next crusade.

The hypocrisy in all these pots if just laughable.  I don't see any post about nefing like the tyr mk2 shield tank ?  or the castel mk2.   What about the mesmer with all dmg tunnings ?   It's all about what you can't fight against. 

Look when STC lost Kara,  they were running ewar mechs as a 2nd box, the only thing we had to do was suppress them once and let them be.

It is not about any of these things you try to get change.  It's about you can't use your bots like you should and you want it nerf/change.

I'm sure the devs are aware of the lack of risk in alpha 2

Remember things went bad before steam so they patched it as best as they could.

I would like to see a cash shop with pretty colors before this alpha thing because that will give them extra cash to invest in the game.  I WANTZ MY RAINBOW ZENITH!!!!

Other good thing about this is newbie players are gathering resources without big losses because we do really need more factions/better market

Epi is still the top material together with potatoes you still need to risk it for these 2.

I really would like to see less post taking devs attention away for what really matters. Less post about nerfing for your own agenda or zomg no risk in who cares island.    Sorry many of us really wanting a cash shop with goodies to tell devs to shut up and take our money yikes

I haven't read a single sentence in how you try to counter ewar by

A) Bring proper EWAR and not that half *** stuff you bring like boxing zeniths...  Or a cham mk2 charging vs a fleet lol.  All you bring is dps.  There is no more BS about i train this or that because the extension downgrade system.

B) Make people play logistic or buff bot.  You all want to PEW PEW nobody wants to RSA or run an Indy with support modules.

C) Observers at Hokk miss your fleets O/

So as far I was told all this NPC crusade started with nerfing beacon pits by having npcs teleporting to you or something like that.

Now the game was set in tiers of difficulty for players before all this

Alpha 1 No risk
Alpha 2 You started to encounter aggressive NPCS and you have to watch where you stand
Betas    Everything goes.  All NPCS are aggressive and players could shoot you.  If you are here it's because you are willing to die
Gamma Roaming npcs + 3 Observers, maybe not as many npcs but if they get a hold of you that's it

Many players including my self are all for risks in alpha 2's but also we combats would like to farm some npcs .... yes farm as much as DEVs might hate the idea we like some mindless pew pew.  About not having pinatas dropping a lot of stuff... well that was gamma and that is getting reset anyways

Now with gammas reset I don't see why the need to mess with NPCs maybe just disable beacons at gammas for now and reverse NPC behavior

Some people were able to farm NPCS from distance and this is another reason why DEVS change the NPCS.   Not everybody can pull this off and for sure not a new player.   Shooting from 1k m takes a lot from your DPS anyways and killing will go slow.   I personally like all tunings and short range kills are faster and ERP Tank its great.

1 week before steam release and like somebody mention that should be your main priority.  Server was acting up yesterday for instance.  I like the game but you should focus on what matters at the moment and not what you don't like from a MMO from your personal view.

1. People have been asking us for years to remove fixed spawns in favor of free roaming NPCs everywhere. We practically did that.
2. If there is any limit that prevents NPCs going further, they become extremely farmable at the boundary.

What was wrong with npcs as they were ?

What you did is making impossible to do missions in alpha 2's as long people are luring npcs away from their spawn points.

I understand alpha 2 there is some risk or was some risk in mining but with these now you need entire fleets guarding miners in a pve zone.   It this was your point then congratulations

Solution ?   what about don't fix things that are not broken ?

Probably npcs in alpha 2 for missions will be set in passive now.

Gamma i get it or caravans that they get mean.   But I don't see how logical is having your guards running away from you chasing some lil bot while others attack your caravan.  (assuming I'm the scarab pilot getting an escort)

I was wondering about some comments,  for example:

When game is ready for steam what's gonna happen with the server ??? Will the dev team do a full reset of the data ???

Also about gammas,  at the moment a few people can shut down an entire gamma island so when steam kicks in and if population actually happens to increase by a ton several islands are already close making this a bit unfair for new masses.   

Some people already commented about the current gamma system about shutting teleports with terraform and turrets.   I don't know whats gonna happen with this but if stays like that then eventually all gammas will be close down to other players/

I guess we won't get an answer by the team it might be to early to know or the best thing to do if it happens is not to talk about it, might be a hot topic to discuss with the community,  anyways best of luck

Well shooting plants will make going thru some terrain easier but at the same time in alpha, yes, u can grief ppl with that mechanic in place.    If you add that mechanic to all islands, all the work in making alpha 1 newbie friendly just went down the drain.   If applies to alpha 2 and above don't see why not except the issue with beta walls like it was mentioned.  Gamma islands that would be just  awesome, get around that annoying tree that wasn't there yesterday tongue .

The teleport change def.  a game changer.    Not very happy with it but will have to adjust to it like any other game.  It will make more risky to transport scarabs thru pvp zones.   Probably that was the intent as well.  About inner port jumping I'm sorry we have to agree in disagree.   When u jump thru inner ports u get kick off very far from your next jump.    If u know your island well u know which port will do this and also to catch somebody doing that requires good locking skills and demob.   Anyways thanks for the patch and we see if the new rule with ports works as intended \O/.   Also ppl need to understand that this is a MMO and we just rent to play,  the devs decide the changes they believe are necessary and not because we ask for them.   They are nice enough to ask for feedback in some occasions but they don't have to and its good that they are not doing everything ppl ask for because that would be just dumb.

Oh FFS ppl just ^#^%$ for fixes and tweaks to the devs.   But when somebody makes a site where u can say all your racist slurs and what not then you applaud that person.    I'm glad to see game still gets patches/fixes and hopefully getting ready for steam release this year.   Only thing got me out of guard was the teleport deploy change, for sure a game changers for transports and time to adapt

Second that.     The kill board which is not official pat of the game it does influence a lot and shows a lot of negativity.   If new players find that out many will probably just quit right there.    The other kill board was great because only reported kills and no comments allowed.   I hope Devs do somehow turn that off so that ugly part of the game/community gets addressed.

Ok so tired to read the forums with stupid childish qq about everything.    Because somebody cannot do something oh this an exploit... ya the cargo thing and w/e mission thing was, but the beacon AoE dmg?   u know where the risk is ???? IN BRINGING THEM INSIDE THE GAMMA W/O GETTING JUMP/GANK/OBV ON YOUR BUTT.    but hey there is no risk right.  Another thing is the aoe we use it as strategy in pve and pvp  now its just gonna be changed cuz 5 ppl crying about it .... seriously.... about the income whats next nerf mining ?  nerf plasma drops ?  whats next

Well one more post i guess of the same

The server looks like to me that every week gets worse

First docking in terminal crashes .... specially in gamma

Safe logging crashes....

and now the server has so many problems.   Sudden lags, modules not working properly, connectivity issues.   Just today alone the server boot all of us out 3 times.   and now people having issues docking.   At the moment my clients are stuck in loading screen with about 66% progress but it doesn't move.

I guest just one more complain but seriously this is getting a little out of hand already

Please fix it we like the game but the problems in the server are just getting to irritating to enjoy it

It kind of glitches sometimes i think because went back to 2 % for me, but then i press f5 and i see 11 %
