Thoughts?

This except the mk2 bot.

Bloom is bullcrap. First thing I turn off in every game which has this option.

Could you guys maybe limit how many EWar NPCs (ECM/Suppressor) can spawn in combat missions. They don't add anything to difficulty, just annoy the *** out of me. It's a chore when you have to re-lock every NPC in a spawn 5 times. Or do you expect us to fit 4 ECCMs to do combat missions?

Been using it since the Insider Preview was released. No issues so far.

I like this one actually. +1

I think RNG stat mods are a bad idea for a full a full loot pvp game. It works very well in themepark mmo, because you never lose any items and it's one of the main goals to improve your gear, spending days/months to increase stats just by 1%, falling in love with it.

I'd prefer a more controlled way to manufacture T5 loot.
Inspired by reverse engineering, here's how the manufacturing process would work:

Let's call this feature Organic Morphing
The combination process would require a T4 mod and the newly discovered Niani Organic Enhancer(NOE). NOE's can be acquired from high ranked NPCs, SAP and artifacts, Syndicate shop(?) and are ranging from level 1-10.

You now put your T4 mod and NOE of your choice and start the morphing process. Due to the nature of organic matter, there's a chance for the NOE to reject the module thus destroying both items.

If successful, the newly created item will be T4.1 - T5.0 tiered, depending on what level NOE you use.

I'm surprised none has ever reported this, it feels like this issue has been around forever.
Whenever I open the agent profile window, FPS drops by more than 50%(118 => 40-50). It happens both in terminal and outside. What could be causing it?

Here's a comparison:
Agent Profile closed
Agent Profile open
(FPS counter on bottom right)

Does my pretty face have to many polygons probably? big_smile

How this could be fixed, would be to speed everything else, Up.

Reasoning behind this would be to keep the flow of the game alive and faster pace, rather then a return to slower paced battles.

Or a slight nerf, and a slight buff might be the good middle ground.

Yes this.

with loot table revamp i see no reason for this.

if you look at the heatmap, you see that its not good that all field terminals offer all missions at all times.

What does the loot revamp has anything to do with it?

It's not about your cargo getting full, it's about teleporting back to terminal is way efficient than running to a field terminal to accept another mission.

When you finish an assignment, the only location you can teleport back is the main terminal, regardless of where you accepted the assignment. This discourages accepting missions at field terminals, as you have to run back to them manually.

My suggestion is to add the field terminal from which you accepted your last mission as additional teleport location. I think this will make running assignments on field terminals more efficient and thus encourage people to spread out more, which is not the case right now as seen on the recent heatmaps.

Example:
1. Accept mission at field terminal SHI-18 on Shinjalar
2. Finish mission
3. You may now choose to teleport back to the main terminal or field terminal SHI-18.

Good job Zoom, but it lacks one thing: Application Program Interface (aka API). Sequer.nl, Perp-Kill and many potential tools apps could do some nice use from it...

There's an API, just not available to everyone. Both Sequer.nl and Perp-Kill use it.

But we could also cut the last scan and pop the artifact when you step on the tile, though in that case you would accidentally pop artifacts just by walking around, if you're really lucky smile I don't see that as a problem though.

Except triggering observer sites when you least expect it. big_smile

1.  Artifact Rework (I really like treasure hunting)
2.  Loot Rework
3.  NPC Rework
4.  New Market
5.  Field Terminal Courier Services

+1. Totally necessary with the upcoming unlocking of beta terminals.

No, but it's obviously finite. But I don't think that's an issue currently, and even if, we can always deactivate some unused zones on the test server.

Its never going to change.

I've always felt perpetuum was released either to late (the subscription model was on the way out for most new games) Or to early that the crowd funding option couldn't / wasn't used to provide a large injection of funds & DEV man power.

Now if some one did perpetuum with a modern engine ect ect It would be a big hit smile

We did it guys! Perpetuum has now reached 70% positive reviews on Steam, after Ville edited his negative review to positive.

As you may have noticed, I have been doing some marketing recently by giving away 28k+ credits, yielding about 15 positive reviews. After the giveaway finished, I mailed over 100 new player to bribe them into reviewing the game. This worked pretty well, resulting in over 30 fresh reviews.

Thanks to all the participants! \o/

Now let's keep it from falling back to mixed.

If you haven't reviewed the game yet, go to Steam and do it. Mail me ingame to receive your 10m.

Your paying for positive reviews, and most likely paid Ville to change his.

This is shameful.

Guilty, if you consider sexytime a payment.
