All of Jita's forum moralfaggotry goes down the drain as soon as he opens his mouth in General Chat. Personal insults, death wishes, disability abuse - you name it. He comes nicely together with his friend Smokey, who was once one of the worst offenders as well, however later he apologized and changed his behavior, what was a great sign; however, nowadays he's back on the same dusty trail. Smokey and Jita have more ban & mute time in General Chat than any other players in Perpetuum, pretty sure of that.

If only Dev Zoom didn't have to clear the proofs from the forums according to the rules every time, I would post them again, I have PLENTY.

Besides that, Jita is the person who lost EVERY single war he participated in. His most successful time in Perpetuum was when he was in CIR on Tonnik being smart-ass pretending he is not Jita, but most of the vets knew his voice and that it was him anyway. He was strategically placed to perform the duties of loot-monkey during our farming operations, outside of any important information of course - this is pretty much Jita's achievement ceiling in Perpetuum. He also tried trickily to empty RG's (IIRC) corp storage, but got caught like a little boy in the process, trying to fool the devs, and the assets were returned.

Not a person I'd want to be alongside with, but he has some charisma to convince more naive members of our community.

You should try behavioral treatment, medicine or even both.

We won't get anywhere with comments like these, Burial, nuh-uh. Grow up and man up for a pint of beer already.

Let me be the voice of people here for a moment.

I'd like to speak on behalf of Burial, one of the key members of STC corporation.

For the PvPer's ... The simple fact is SpT helps with force projection, but it is NOT THE ROOT CAUSE OF PVP IMBALANCE. Its a very small factor in the entire PvP mechanic. This is why a global cooldown would solve very little in the way of balancing PvP while at the same time punishing every other player simply playing the game.

The game world is simply too small to allow more than 2 entities to establish and expand. If EvE universe and player population is an example, this game would need 100 islands.

The game does not have the current minimum population to properly have intended game mechanics work as intended.

This is just the tip of the iceberg. I am not taking anything out of the context; go read the thread it is from and see by yourself, while I am sure that people who wrote these comments pretty much remember their own words. The only difference there was is that there were more Gamma islands; however, Betas remain exactly the same, and they are the big big layer of gameplay.

Can we stop playing the political spin bullshit please, as it is clear that the corporations who were very vocal about the existence of sparks and leaving them as they were back then (for example STC), now are taking their words back as soon as tables turned against them.

I hope you guys realize (well) that your own words were wrong, by contradicting your current posts from your posts a year back.

If you think that CIR is FOR sparks and stuff like that, guess what: most of CIR members don't give a single ***. We will adopt and find ways to gank you 20 on 1 or happily fight odds 20 vs 100, with sparks, without sparks, anything. My PERSONAL opinion is that sparks in their current form are actually damaging the game, and 77CIR controlling the whole beta is the best example devs can have on their hands as to understand how EASY it can be for one organized entity to have such a huge impact (something that Gunner has been pointing out to you FOR AGES). It is not much about new corporations even, though it can have an effect if 77CIR decided it so (there are almost none new corps in the game atm anyway, nor the population to contest 77CIR utter dominance). It is just sad to see that people turn their guns and opinions according to the wind of politics, as to whether they win or lose. THESE ISSUES HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH ANY SINGLE CORP, IT IS ABOUT FAULTY GAME MECHANICS.

And only lonely jita... only jita's point of view persists through the ages. No matter how much you covered yourself in dirt jita, still a big respect to you for sticking to your views.

I like that comment

Your idea of what poison is truly is remarkable. Developer Zoom wants to remove sparks to help with the power projection issue that exists in game. You and your corporation oppose developer Zooms decision. While the rest of  Perpetuums player base supports that idea.

Especially in light of Grem's recent thread. Dat agenda.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LOZuxwVk7TU

10k dislikes must be all those people who quit Perpetuum because of CIR.

Oh well, I'm not really sure if the message can be heard through the amount of heavy political propaganda going on, that aims to benefit certain individuals/corporations/playstyles. However, good post anyway Grem, I agree to it, especially to the following parts:

Since the game is developed with a lot of input from the community it is hard at times to see the vision since the developers have not written down that vision for the game. If they have one they have not shared it with the community. So at the current time different parts of the community are at odds with one another and the community is at odds with the developers
The developers need to convey their vision for the future of Perpetuum. Once this is done I think a lot of the poison seen in the communities posts will subside and the game will start to see successful strides.

A LOT of companies in many different areas of business suffer from exact same problems, that lead to stagnation. In gamedev industry it can especially be seen, when for example developers might be masters of code, graphics, arts, etc. etc., however lack necessary knowledge in business strategic management and economics (as it is still a business after all).

TBH, on AC's place I'd start proper reformation first from the office and management, rather than performing changes in the game itself. At least this is how it seems to me from player's perspective, as obviously we are pretty much blind at what happens inside and which direction is the game headed.

PS: it would be nice if at least THIS THREAD could be kept clean without same 3-4 doom preachers going around the forum and mentioning/implying same things in each and every one of their posts, with offensive and political subtext.

Agreed.

That is something that should've been done 3 years ago, Zoom. This is the MAIN reason for the population decline.

Why hasn't anything proper been done in that direction yet, if you 'agree' with it?

Or keep crying to Zoom to change the game and hand it to you.

God forbid you had to play the game.

Irony overload. We said the same thing to your alliance for 2 years when we controlled the game.

Except for the fact that when CIR started playing, you resorted to ~outlasting~, dodging every fight and not logging in, giving out outposts to make your enemies bored to hell. 77CIR, on the contrary, offer a fight anywhere.

Besides, I don't remember CIR crying on the forum to Zoom like little girls about opening outposts and unfairness of game mechanics.

Come and take it. Oh wait, I forgot, you need another couple of mil EP on top of yours to be good at PvP. Nvm then.

If you feel like 2mil EP is not enough, then perhaps it is a question of smart allocation of points and arithmetic, which I agree is a skill that some vets definitely lack.

Cassius quit with no intention to return im sure that's some current player on his account.

Anyway, Mastablasta was top agent on perpkill after less than two months worth of EP in a waspish.  Proof positive you don't need a billion EP to compete.

Weedy, seriously 600k is enough EP? Skill or not please run a Mk2 Heavy with 600 k and see how well you do.

Stranger, you're still an idiot. Is that enough proof I still control my accounts?

As Cindy pointed out, free lifetime accounts. Remember?

Do the maff. My completely maxed out Mesmer Mk2 pilot has 700k points on it (10 in everything for mesmer). That is together with the fitting skills.

My main has 750k and is able to run Mk2 Seth, Mk1 Mesmer and Mk2 Zenith. That is with all the necessary skills at 8 or higher (range skills obviously 10).

You are just outright wrong.

Now, that being said, I find it kinda funny that you guys LOVE to throw around stuff like 'oh in blob environment personal skill doesn't matter at all'. At the same time, you whine that even 2mil EP is not enough for some players. Seems like you fail to comprehend the fact that the contribution of EVERY SINGLE PLAYER counts. Perhaps it's the main reason that attributes to your incredible military failures. Can see this trend going through your recruitment and political processes as well.

I'm sorry, but EP is far more valuable than NiC. NiC is easy to earn, EP much slower. And although some vets are over 2 million EP now, I would say very few feel like they have all they need and have an excess to sell.

Noticed that the game is not very friendly to new players.
1) The main drawback of the system is very uncomfortable experience.
If you estimate what would catch up with those who are in the project for a long time will take about a year ... For all that, at a pace that is already tired of the game after 2 months (as the practice of online projects too long process of gaining experience negative develops the gameplay). Given the fact that without experience in the game to do nothing.
2) Preparation of industrial glasses.
Noticed some NPCs that are decorative in nature (for example copper diggers). And NPCs that are the core industrial trusts do not meet. It would be necessary to correct the situation. Prices for these nuclei for 2000.
3) Descriptions.
Many items no description. It is unclear why for example need a plasma which is very abundant drops from mobs.

I can still continue for a long time. But for now limited. I hope you will consider the above.
PS. I can even suggest a few ideas how to recycle system experience.

Targets are a resource. Our course of action, as we paid for the game, is to use those resources as we see fit. Zoom's goal is to make the resource replenishment sustainable.

Yeah, Avatar Creations will just ~outlast~ other gaming companies and come out on top after all.

Like players, like devs.

Rename the Alpha islands to 'Residential Area' and Beta islands to 'PvP Arena', so it is more clear for newcomers, please.

Let's make the intended game-design direction more visible to players please.

With Jita's abuse of protection refresh bug the game did kinda turn into a world of warcraft safe-zone fest indeed.

Also... ACSII HHN? I still have a screenshot, very mature and QOL-oriented attitude I say.

The most ironic thing is that those words are coming straight from Jita's mouth.

I mean is there NO limit ever to hypocrisy?
