Petition devs for slow, flying, slotless bot whose only purpose is to film fights? tongue

NEED MOAR CAPS IN TITLES AND UNIMPORTANT SENTENCES.

but seriously. Like the idea.

Seriously... It took us about 3000u to transport 2 corps worth of gear yesterday. Took us about an hour. Bigger transport is not necessary.

Mining should not require any more concentration that it currently does. I enjoy being able to enjoy it and not have to worry about random factors like NPC spawns while I'm on the john.

Would you be willing to put this into EXE form so I can access it from my tablet? Otherwise awesome app.

Awesome program!  Seriously look forward to when you implement extensions and harvesting speeds big_smile

Aren't there just... friends, kinda friends, not-friends, and enemies?

I would like to note that for some bizarre reason, pings appear to be tied into graphics settings. My alts on ICS alpha were getting upwards of 1600 ping whereas my main on tellesis was getting about 150 ms. Dropping all of my alts graphics settings to the lowest dropped their pings to 150ms. Main was always at full graphics.

Took about 40 of us a good 30 minutes to destroy one. I think that's a little long considering how much firepower we had available.

this also happens when you have multiple ranges of weapons. IE 300m EM guns, and 150m compact missiles. spacebar activates the EM guns at 300m, and says "out of range" for missile launchers. pushing space again does NOT deactivate the EM guns, and again says "out of range" for missiles.

On topic... Personally I would like them to allow me to tie my current accounts to one master account. I log into the master account and then choose which sub account I want to log into the game with...

In terms of account management, it also means I could buy £200 of AC Credit and apply it to my sub-accounts (having account renewals out of sync bugs me....) as needed, it would also be great that if I wanted to hibernate an account, I could pull the AC credit off it back into the pool and use it there, I could also then use the AC credits for micro-transactions, again being able to buy with the master account and then assign 'paintjob tokens' or whatever onto my accounts/chars.

Btw did I mention this was in the wrong forum big_smile

I like this idea. I have 3 accounts and I have no idea what their refresh timers are sad

Interesting ideas. The problem that repeatedly pops up is "why not juggle it between 2 allied corps?" The solution I see is to make the debuffs build up until the owning corp loses it, and then have them last through x number of ownership changes.

Also, I think the system behind "gain cash over time" is inherently flawed. I'm thinking this "zulu base" needs to be a beacon that grants subtle GLOBAL buffs, and more intense LOCAL buffs and debuffs. IE the local buff would be decreasing health, but increasing firepower and the global buff is only increasing firepower. Maybe have different types of "zulu bases" that grant different types of global buffs. Said buffs could be inversely proportional to the number of online corp mates, so that blobs only get small bonuses, but a small squad would get fairly powerful bonuses.

I disapprove of microtransactions that affect the game. Paint jobs I'm fine with, and maybe avatar changes, but absolutely nothing else whatsoever.

Unless you are rolling around with a seriously tanky lithus or such for your indy alt, actively dual boxing in PVE is difficult at best because the moment your indy alt gets demobbed, he dies. Not to mention actually tanking with remote modules is kinda hard sad

Haven't PVPd yet so no comment there tongue

This is kind of a cryptic post for the trial forum where we are trying to just understand.  What is it you are saying?

I guess folk who have been here awhile will understand this Weedy, but how is a new person supposed to know about all the underlying context of what you are referring to?

Read the last few dev blogs and you'll understand. We aren't allowed to talk about it openly.

In short, now that M2S is down a notch, other corps have the opportunity to flourish. As of now, the political situation is pretty open. Give it a few days smile

In the latest blog, there's a picture of a nuimqol refinery complex. Maybe it could be captured and provide a steady stream of nic / minerals?

I'm thinking that even the first one needs to have a cost of some sort. Like fuel. Or something.

I've not been on the other 2 alphas either. Tellesis is pretty fun... I solo a 5 mech spawn in my kain big_smile

This is probably a stupid idea.... but what about a ''skill'' that allows you to slowly research stuff without kernels over time? Kernels would just accelerate the process.

But it will probably become too easy with that kind of system. So a credit cost for the research might become necessary.

Probably not a bad idea that's what I have been saying roll Time based skill to level up the tech tree. Using EP to buy kernals could also further your options with present system.

Been thinking about this system we have now, the biggest problem in the future when market is healthy and kernals have flooded the market. What would stop anyone from buying off all the research from market, getting T4 research done fairly quickly with a big wallet.

Doesn't this sound like buying your way into a heavy mech in a day?

Buying knowledge instead of finding it yourself... reminds you of the world as it is. Why spend millions on research when you can hire a hacker for a few thousand?

Does he have a School of Game Design? Or is this (most probably) a troll to mock some design choices from the devs?

Perpetuum online has 4 devs if I've read correctly. Exactly 2 of them do coding for the game. CRM is one of them. Perpetuum is fracking amazing. Nuff said?

I tend to avoid looking at corp tags outside of corp dialogues for that exact reason tongue

Holy ***. 58M plasma? And the associated kernels? I certainly hope the devs got everything.

I like this idea, so long as it is properly balanced. +1.

Mmm.... you do make a point. The roaming game was definitely fun in eve, can't wait till I have time to try here. Yeah, I guess small corps will take up the "roaming" aspect while large corps will take the POS approach.

Is the server even online yet? Server status button doesn't give any info.
