Ive said it b4 ill say it again. Game balancing by monetary means only is a bad idea. It favourse the rich players & Vets over the newer player who has less nic to throw around. A cool down timer effects both parties the same.

Keep it cheap & put it on a timer. 30-60mins IMO is good stop immediate abuse of the mechanic but still keeps it useful for people that think ahead.

Vicinity chat should not be an intel gathering tool like local is in EVE. PO devs have done its the right way.

Also this game does have cloaking of a kind with masking.

Cloaking is a very powerful mechanic. that most times favors the aggressor not the defender.

Yeah i have to agree with Zortarg's post & the OP.

Something needs to change other wise we will never see Tier 2-3 Buildings ect. on the market & i see no reason why this should be the case.

as the above 2 posts have said just tweak the CT degradation.

Cosmetic items its seems mainly, plus a few ingame abilities like founding a Nation (corporation) & being a city Mayor.

You can perches these abilities on their own or as part of bundles: silver  ($25) gold ($50) platinum ($100) these r one time fees. the game has no subscription options. tho they do still seem open to implementing new ideas.
Their stated aim is no pay to win items

I dont care about limited or unlimted fields, my point has to do with the stock-piles and the EP difference between us and new players. I am stating that the game cannot handle the population needed to offset the advantages we have over them. In order for them to even have a fighting chance.

They will face enemy's who appear to be unbeatable and never ending assets. Being low on EP and lack of experience there ability to combat the vets will be almost not existent.
