All they ahve to do is add a corp email tab to the email system. Would think that would be pretty easy.

This game by nature demands a corp market feature.

Once a persons account is 1 week+ arkhe's become basic transport with no capability of equipping mods. NO weapons not lwf, demobs ...nothing. Just a basic transport and nothing more.

I also think the area around teleports on beta islands should not grant permanent invulnerability. There should be a 5 min timer after which you are pvp tagged. You would still be able to pop back through should you want or need to though after the timer cool down.

5 min should be more than enough time to DC if the game crashes.

Self destruct

why not just ask for a red X to mark were everyone is on the island too.

Arkhes should only spawn on Alpha islands. Only way you should be allowed to spawn on Beta is if you have a light bot or better in the terminal where you are homed.

Bulletin is fairly worthless if you ask me. Controls need to be expanded so everyone in the corp can use it not just the CEO or officers.

How many individual networks do you think you cross when you go frm anywhere in the world to the site where the servers are hosted 5....10....50?

How many of those networks have patchy performance?

How many could they avoid with intelligent routing?

How many of those networks give your packets priority over indigenous packets?

It does not mater where the servers are if Avatar can get their data prioritized for delivery across multiple networks in the fastest, most cost effective manner possible.

All Avatar need do is find a company that can do that. Seems simple enough.

Maybe I am just a skinflint and hate spending pennies without results.

When you target a plant and harvest it you know exactly how many charges you can use on that plant. It would be nice if the mining worked the same way. If the cell info displayed how many charges it had would be nice.

When mining a cell the laser uses a charge even when the cell is empty. I can't tell the cel is empty so i can not watch and see when to turn the laser off

Fix it

Either make it so we can see the number of charges a cell has or make the lasers not use a charge on an empty cell.

Both of these features need a lot of work. As they are not they are mainly useless.

Squad
leaders should have the ability to mark targets

Overview
should have the option to remove corp members

please add to the list things if you have ideas. These are the two things that bug me the most atm.

I do various activites for the corp... corp leaders give me funds for some of the things i do. They do not give me access to the corp wallet which i do not want anyway and they should keep very limited access to that if you ask me

So now i have modest sums of corp nic in my wallet and now way of really separating mine from corp.

I want a way of setting aside various sums of nic within my own wallet to better track my nic from nic that the corp or other people give me......like you can do with the terminal storage by setting up folders and such.

As far as I can tell the wallet is just a display of nic you can't manipulate it in anyway.

I think PO is playing pretty well for a new MMO. Last new MMO I played was Fallen Earth and that was utterly useless at launch. Thing is, everyone knows PO is based in Hungary so they make jibes about it suggesting it should be hosted in a 'proper country' like the US. Maybe Fallen Earth should have been hosted in Hungary.

Fallen Earth has potential to be a good game but I think it needed a couple more years of DEV. Its nothing but a pay to beta right now if you ask me.

hehehe 4 accounts on the same comp and he thinks the game is the problem.....bet its not so much game lag but sucky cpu and not enough ram.

Try running task manager minimized while running 1 account then add accounts till you are maxed and see if your problem isn't the game but your comp running out of resources.

I have 4 gigs of ram and a 2.7 gig duel core cpu on win 7. TS and vent minimized

one account runs at 60% cpu and 2gig of ram. second account runs 95+ cpu and 3 gigs ram

good thing my MB can support a quad core processor(already ordered from newegg)

ram will not fix everything. you still have the limitations of the OS and throughput of your MB to transport data to the cpu

Until some one develops a truly multi threaded OS there will always be a data path bottleneck the can not be broken

I don't think its the game so much as you pushing the limits of your hardware. Maybe if you had a server system to play on you might get better performance.

I say they move the servers into one of my spare bedrooms i am not using in my house. Ya know that way I could push the buttons for the server resets. ya ya I like this idea

my ping time would be like 0

NA actually I was a wow player and i once saw a thread that mentioned blizzard used internap for wow. Just figure if blizzard uses them the might be good.....besides the web page looks neat.

Internap Network Services

http://www.internap.com

This is the answer. Highly scalable services with potential for growing.

There really needs to be a way for individual players to separate their personal funds from those of the corp when doing corp business.

I dont get how an inactive 'spy' would snatch anything more then ammo and to be recycled ***.

In a game like this I would expect to play with a corp for years and never get access to important corp storage.

I heard somebody jacked a corp already and I can only assume it was from a rank 1 storage, which is usually junk meant to be taken by anyone.

As for information I always have had spies in previous guilds and I would work them to death. Good guilds give quotas for their members to hit, like ores or kernals. This way a spy would weed himself out by refusing to help a corp he is trying to harm. Works like a charm.

A good spy is there for the bigger picture, one type will do whatever is needed within the corp until they have the opportunity to strike, if the spy (and the group they are working for) is really good, no one even suspects they are one until the hangar is empty, the defences are coming down and they are already across the lines.
Another type will leak out info for months or years, if they and the group they really work for are good, then it is a balance of taking the most advantage with the least risk of being exposed. The best spies are almost always "model members" of the society they are spying on.

The best spy is the one that gets in so deep he eventually is the leader of the corp and decides to roll with it ....betraying his previous allegiance.

hehehe thanks Zhyntil

Man what a pain not being able to trade damaged junk in stations.
