Look at the killboard, so much activity.

I guess all those people who admitted to exploiting a bug and duping their bots and claimed it was ok because it was fun and entertainment were right after all. Now they only have to learn how to dupe their turrets so when others come to attack their duped turrets in duped bots they're all in a leveling ground.

In CIR we will defend ourselves from duped bots, be it in the field or as they attack our gamma base, the old fashioned way. Player harvested, mined and built.

Soviet Union revisits TOGs Yuraion Ro's gamma base. Unfortunately they didn't seem to be interested in saying hi so we arranged some impromptu fireworks.

Or for those of you in Germany and are suffering from youtube's suckiness, here's audio but crap resolution:

Key to toggle all open windows. On press it hides (or closes them). On press again, it opens what it had previously open.

Seriously this can't be that hard to add no matter what a mess your UI code is. It would help make better videos.

Sometimes keypresses for module activation do not register and the module is not activated. I think it might be the first module after a target has been softlocked shortly before.

So how come a blatantly biased feature request thread, and thus not sticking to the seriousness this forum section requirement, is not blocked but my thread about tunnels was?

I have another idea. How about we have boats that can land in an arbitrary point of a gamma coast island and can unload a serious number of bots, say 62. I mean those intra island teleports are such a pain.

Alright then. How about a botapult? Or a trebotachet? You know, for those times where you are too scared or too useless to take an enemy island. You deploy the trebotachet in, say, alpha and then you hurl a bot through the skies. Upon landing on the enemy reactor it creates a chain reaction that blows up the whole defensive network.

Get on it, gamma islands cannot be denied to the rest of the players.

Basically the issue currently is that a powerblock in the game can completely cut off the remaining players from an island. When one powerblock has control of 1 gamma island that are connected to the beta islands, they can completely cut off the islands. Other islands can could be cut off the same way.

I propose a system of tubular tunnels that drive you from alpha straight through to the enemy's terminal. This would be accomplished by having a special tunneling bot that bores through and, that when surfaces, deploys an impenetrable shield that pushes enemies outside and outwardly emits 9000 damage per second. Obviously it cannot be an arkhe since they are OP, but an argano would be fine.

But if you wanted a 3rd independent entity in game then heres what you do... you dont piss off the 3rd player so much that the other enemies they have in game now look really friendly. CIR stepped over the line to make things personal when you guys would camp 5 or so people into a station for 4 or more hours. what do you expect? the guys to go "hey GF CIR your real pro!" lol lol

You shouldn't had come in mass to invade Nova if you didn't like the experience of being camped for days and days and only lifted because Syndic has too much of a good heart.

Now one could arguably ask themselves who led lolsbanians to believe it would be a good idea to piss off sovnov, and whether they informed all the involved parties of the possible consequences of their actions.

You should pay more attention to M2S, because it is exactly what they do and are doing with the corps they have designed as meatshields... err... allies. But since you are in alpha you don't get to witness it.

Nobody has given me rational reasons for resisting this but if it is mutual to the community at large, I don't much care one way or another. We the few won't make or break Perpetuum and neither will an EP reset.

You have presented with numerous reasons for avoiding a reset. You have also been informed on what has historically happened with resets and its arguably detrimental effect to the game.

Yet for some reason you qualify them as irrational. Resets would have a huge effect in PvP. It is not something optional you can decide wether you want to benefit from them because you will experience the effects once your enemies come knocking with a full FOTM fleet.

Lol, no, you still don't get it. A well run communist group will have an easier time to stomp on a capitalist one. I've said it repeatedly. The professional army of your country don't ask people to buy their own planes or mortars. Some of you don't like it because it's labeled as "communism". Your loss.

And most important for me is some confidence that any accounts found to be shared to be at least published.

That's a can of worms nobody left in the game wants to open. And I can see it now... now the devs will start calling everyone's home and ask if anyone else in the household has ever used that account. Ridiculous. But meh, feel free to draw horns on us. We're gone anyway.

Even combined with the other downjustments to the bot, that's not a nerf. That's an obscenely good buff.

Advertisements and new blood would be nice, but ultimately useless until they figure a way to improve player retention.

Meanwhile I'll put my money somewhere else until the direction of the game and the dev agenda shifts gears.

They aren't balancing the game for skilled pilots, and they aren't balancing the game for corps interested in keeping assets in beta. So who has any suggestion as to what the dev agenda is?
