This change was announced in the 11-25 patch notes first. Since then it has been mentioned in the 11-26 patch notes, announced on 12-01 in an ingame news item, announced multiple times on the login screen, and been talked about on the forums.

I think we did everything so players know about this change and I'm sorry if you missed all this.

To reverse engineer ammunition you need a minimum batch of them, most of the time 1000. This is displayed in their information window and also below the reverse engineering slot when you put them in.

I would like to ask everyone here to calm down and follow forum rules. This is still a recruitment topic and not corporation dialogues.

We have seen this bug before, but don't exactly know yet what is causing it. We'll try to come up with a fix as soon as possible.

So, did i get this straight; advanced race in the YEAR 3000 cant understand basic weapons that are using thermodynamics applied to gas and some ballistics/spin stabilization?

And that the kernels are actually the brains of the locals? Or at least the part of the brains containing memories?

I didn't say they can't understand it, it's just they have never seen it because their technological advancement took different routes than ours.

And I would say yes to kernels being similar to brains.

Expanding on Gobla's post:

Arkhes and machine guns are basically hybrid Earth-Nian technology. The Syndicate is using human knowledge to reconfigure the captured Nian factory lines to produce something that the Nian natives are not really familiar with and thus gain something like an element of surprise.

Drones are still created the same way as all Nian robots, that is the reason why they also contain kernels. But these kernels just get a simple pre-programmed AI injected for training purposes, so they are not really valuable.

It's a numbering the players have made up and as far as I know T1 is standard while T2-3-4 are the named items. Basically what Artem Blue said, just offset with 1 smile

You will surely be able to keep other players entering a structure you have built once we have that system, but closing down outposts for 90% of the playerbase is just not feasible currently.

It's what Neoxx said, it's not that we can't, we don't want to.

We have something in mind for the homebase problem, but we can't restrict direct access to outposts in any way.

No, there are too few outposts. Restricting access to them and giving the switch into player hands would create much more problems.

Today's patch doesn't really include things that would interest you. It was mainly needed for stability and "database happiness" reasons. Also crash fixes, but that is pretty much true for all patches.

Oh yeah, and there is market browsing while on the terrain, but that's kinda half-done so we'll include it in the next patch notes or something smile

Let me remind you (and possible buyers) that account trading is against the EULA:

* It is forbidden to trade or sell Perpetuum accounts, in-game items, characters, money, etc in any way outside the game. In this case both the seller and the buyer can be punished by AC.

He has to install this, like the client download page suggests. DirectX 11 supplied with windows doesn't contain all the components required for running DX9 applications.

Nope, it's been up and running for a while now.

Sorry, for some reason I remembered vsync is not available in windowed mode, but it seems it is. If you get overheating problems make sure it's turned on.

The reason is probably vsync, which is not available in windowed mode so the client runs with the highest possible framerate.

We have now moved your Yagel to ICS Alpha.

Do you remember anything weird happening when you finished that 10th tutorial mission?
Any error messages or unusual lag etc.?

It seems you received your Yagel, but it was possibly delivered to the wrong place.
We are looking into this.

I can't really find the words for how awesome that is.

One possible reason could be an insufficient PSU, which cannot supply enough power when badly needed. Do you play other GPU-intensive games?

It will be added as soon as this is in effect.

lol

But we're thinking on having some smaller event-triggered tutorials that will show you how to put stuff into your cargo, as it seems like it really poses a problem to many.
