What is this thread actually about? Forum moderation or the MMO version of the Freedom of Information Act?

Neither, it's about the lose of confidence in the Devs to enforce their own EULA.

Avatar Creations you are breaking your game in my eyes for a few reasons.
1.  You are trying to dictate how the players should play in a "sandbox" mmo.  In a sandbox the players decide how they would like to play the game, and gameplay decisions should not be made by DEVs or GMs.

2. You allow cheating to occur in your game and don't appear to care about it, and then showing favoritism to the cheaters.  Everyone should be treated the same, regardless of which corp has the most devs in it.
(flame away)

3. You don't seem to care about getting new players into the game. Throw up some adds work with Internet gaming sites. Ten ton, massively, etc... Bring in more players and everyone wins.

For these reasons I feel I can not support AC with my money any longer. I will not renew my accounts.

To my enemies, good fights.
To my friends, you will be missed.
To the DEVs, think before you act.

-Deon.

This is a very common feeling right now, the Dev team has lost the confidence of a lot of long term players.

Two things:

* Do not exclude internal corporation markets from incurring a market trade TAX!
* Half the base TAX!

Internal corp markets should have no tax, if they are taxed then we'll just stop using the market and do direct trade to corp members.
The current tax systems works fine, you can lower it to 2% using tax reduction skill.

I'd rather have the ability to define and save filters.

I see CIR still treating everyone like dirt as usual.  Anyone else think Syndic and his lackeys have napoleon syndrome?

I think a lot of us do.

The drop rate seems a little low now.

The day Perp goes f2p is the day I stop playing - I hate micro transactions.

I have seen better graphics on 15 year old games.

You want a subscription for this? Laughable.

You may now go ahead and sell my email address to some shady company, hopefully they will pay you enough to hire some real texture people.

Go play on your Xbox then.

This should fairly easy to detect, I have faith that the Devs will spend a little time and energy to track down people sharing accounts and punish the offenders.

EDIT:

The ownership will be decided in the period of two Intrusions. Losing the first Intrusion, the defenders will lose docking access management rights and the second will decide the new owner of the outpost. Later on the Intrusion timer system will also be revisited.

This is nonsence. Give defenders one pieriod between intrusions to haul out stuff.

It doesn't say lose docking rights, it says lose docking access management rights.  Losers will still be able to haul out stuff after the first loss.

Looks great, good work.

I would have went with a planet full of Roomba's (TM) and Scuba's (TM)

So long as it has a clean interface.

Sounds like this isn't the game for you.

Its not about the amount of Nic, its about the fact no one currently NEEDS to go to beta... for anything.

There is NO risk vs reward in this game, just gotta drive around in circles... buy everything thats currently in the game... then what... call it good?

This would be much more interesting if there was more of a need to go Beta. you shouldnt be able to find every ore type in alpha... you shouldn't be able to make infinite nic driving around in circles...

You need to go to beta to mine Epi, you need to go to beta to kill NPCs for highest level Kernels.  I like to go to beta for the risk and extra fun out there.

There used to be many more items with infinite buy/sell orders, I'd hope that with the increased player base we'll see even less items with them.
