Rex, you argue that a followbot is way less effective as compared to an actual player controlled bot, and that's a good thing. The change only enables that players don't even have to think about the inferior method. I think much of this followbot craze is based on "they do it so I have to do it too to stay competitive". The aim here is to tip the balance towards "f*ck it, that's too much effort, I'll do it with one bot".

The impending change is not "better than nothing". Its not "better for the game". It does nothing to fix the problem, and it limits transportation in a game that has transportation issues to begin with.

If I thought it was an improvement, I wouldn't complain. Your sides biggest and most legitimate "non troll" reason for this campaign was instant power projection anywhere is OP. There is some truth to this.

What change would have greater influence to this problem? A 10 minute cooldown, or reduction in number of SpT? I think the cooldown.  SpT, no matter what, could have used a cooldown. It still needs one. The current proposed change will have such little probable affect on current dynamics its simply a waste of time. At the same time it will negatively affect other areas of the game far greater.

And I bolded the last word in your post, for a reason. Resistance. You could not have done what you have done if we had the NUMBERS to prevent you. SpT had nothing to do with it other than making the logistics quicker. But the end results, who owns what Outposts, who controls what, is primarily dependant on NUMBERS. And please, what fantasy MMO exists where a noob corp can simply go and live in any PvP region, among Established corps and alliances, soley on their own? It doesn't happen in any game, its not going to happen here. It never has it never will. And it shouldn't.


Having "I can be evry were when i want" nerfed will allow for many smaller conflicts insted of the 1 big one thats not doing the game any morre funn for any one.  Localized conflicts make the world alittle bigger and morre funn id say u know like when the game launched  not like its now.

Thats a diffrent problem.

How is a small/bigger corp supose to even trye to take a beta if they get swarmed by the holders of all betas that sparks in?

The SAP loot and control/easy access of Epitron is enught for any one to own 1! beta.  Problem is most corps/players have it alredy mined when gamma had epitron. a nother is Sparks


Id like to see maybe 6 beta 3s whit no outposts/terminals on them when steam hits

I have ran ERP in pvp and it generates infinite accumulator as long as you are beeing shot at witch is the only way robots die right?

Problem whit the ERP is that it gives u INFINITE accumulator witch is broken in pvp situation u can run prolly like 3-4 armor repairers indefenetly.   It also makes injector charges in to a big joke witch shulda been the primary energy source for pvp were its not infinite costs money and requiers alitle bit of micro management and dessision making on when and were u whant to spend ur charges

U see what they relly whant is to fit dps tuners and reptuners in to their heads so thats why EW is op.
They just dont feel that ECCM is a cool item because they cant do max dps or repairs in battle.

Also sugjesting a completly OP module whit 30 lolzy seconds of EW invunrability from ecm making EW negated whit just a *** click.  yeah because having that 1 mod that makes your entire fleet of Heavy Mechs invunrable for 30 seconds isnt completly overpowered.


Just saying EW mech is a hard counter to Heavy mechs  takes alot morre skilling and player skill to make it work.

Why do u whant to kill Ewar?

I build a Main Base on Gamma and a few outposts. I build teleports Points at my bases. I mine on a remote spot on my island, drop a standard, tele to my base, done. This eliminates the need for multiple sparks on a gamma. Make Islands unable to be walled off, enabling roaming. Now you can catch a mining party on a Gamma exactly like you can catch one on Beta. Sure a defender has a safe point to teleport to, but there is still the tele warm up time, you surprise the miner you get a kill. Same as on Beta. On Gamma miner can tele to base, safe. Solo content is needed to i think sure it shuldnt be as proffitable as team work but it shuld be there and viable
