Wow... The great man knows cisco. Moreover he is certified... Mania grandiosa over 9000 and so on... I know lots of ppl with sertificates and out of knowledge about routing and networks. But that's not matter. Even more i believe you are guru in networks.

So did you tried to investigate the problem? What i have to do to get same lags? Maybe move in to your city (town)? smile

Guys, i'm around the panic. Everyone talks about the lags in perpetuum. But everytime i logging in, i haven't it. What's wrong with me. I live in Kemerovo - this is about 10000 km from amsterdam. Everything works fine.

What i doing wrong?

For the ppl, who qqing so much time (and do not understand a sarcasm): Guys, how about solve your local problems with your ISP and computers? How about try to launch less than 11 scarabs (like that i seen under hershfield)? Everything have it's limit.

TBH: I liked to kill Ville under TMB, walk to FB3, wait until everyone flag on me and jump to other side. Yes, there was impossible jump even to other beta when flag is up. It's removed, but i can't see a problem here.

I'm asking to add the restriction to equip the LWF if you equipped armor plates. Same with plates - it should be impossible to equip armor plates if you already have LWF equipped on your bot.

By my opinion this is the only one change that required to balance everything about demob and speed ratio problems.

+5 cents: There are problem with demob mechanic too. It's too easy to catch any bot and hide behind obtackle. I think that S-Demobs must work like L-Demobs.

That's because demob resistance comes with armor. If the modules are separated, it's a simple matter of giving the module the right weight.

May be better prevent equipping both modules together (plates+lwf)? Like impossibility to use 2xlwfs.

So the problem is that you can't use old-school tactic demob+kill on arbalests and kains. But there are not a problem in arbalests at all. The problem is that you wanna shoot it safely - in heavy-mech fleet.

I want to say that arba with 2xplates and 60% demob resist anyway slower than same arba without plates. 92,46 kph vs 127,68 kph. This is about 45% difference. Where the problem? dislike the races - mine titanium on alphas...

It's easy to avoid. Limits of counts for invites, more EP @ start and no credits for invite.

Hey DeVs, how about this feature?

I know you are work hard, but believe me you have another ways to make more money. Invite buddy - one of it. How about getting 2880 credits for invited friend?

For example:
I'm going to buy some credits. I don't car how exactly i'll spend my money. I have a friend that i would like to invite in the game. If i'll pay his account - i'll get the same credits. Profit for everyone!

Of course this is the one of variants. You shall not follow exactly this one. I think you have even better ideas about it.

Recently i faced with interesting fact: Perpetuum have no free trial period anymore. It makes the game unattractive for new players.
I want to ask the devs bring back this feature with some limitations:
1) No EP accumulation
2) Allowed to use only light robots
3) Allowed to use only t1 equipment

...and yeah it's better to unlimit this time-period. The ppl should be able to login anytime from their main emails and check for interesting changes.

Basically i think the game need more hooks to catch more ppl.

As far as i remember... Some DeV told about full system revamp. Current system is a kind of foundation. So i'm not sure if they change anything this way.

There are still not much ppl, playing perpetuum and the problem in the out of new players. To be precise there are quite good new players inflow, but they are not stay in the game. Some players are leaving in 2-3 hours, some pays ~year subscription and leave game too (for some time).

Of course we all wait while dev's will implement new content, but this process not going to be fast.

I want to say again: The current players can help to project and themself.

1) Connect your perpetuum account to the steam account. Your friends will see that you plays perpetuum and may be interested to join.
2) We need to increase old-alphas economy. All major players in the market should place their orders in the ICS/Asintec/TM alpha-1 terminals.
3) Stop your whining/trolling and other cr*p on forum. Really who will play the game with such sh*tty community?

What do you mean? there are same drop ratio. We shot a lot of NPCs on beta this weekend. Lot's of color kernels and not much hi-tech.

I want to point on huge gap in kernels drop. We all have more color kernels than we need. Even Infinite NPC's buy orders would be nice.

Kernels should not be a trash.

Even if this a bug, this is a good one. After patch everybody can decide - If he want PvP - he will up his flag and perform a PvP.

I like this anti-gang system. At least noobs will be able to run assignments on beta and mine epi. Such changes will hold new wave of newbies in the game after release on steam.

This is a rare topic, where (i suspect) everyone will agree with me: There are really huge disbalance in the kernel's drop. A general drop ratio color/hi-tech is 4:1. As result i have 9,5 millions of green kernels and lots of yellow and blue kernels, but it still not enough (of hi-tech kernels) to complete our MPC corp database.

I calculated that i need 3,5 millions of hi-tech kernels, so i will have more than 14 millions totally useless color-kernels after finished research.

Why useless? - Because of market is overfilled by this kernels and there are no infinite NPC's buy orders.

Is it possible to implement any exchange mechanic? Personally i would like to buy hi-tech kernels for tokens.
