if you want to compare this incident with the last one then do it right and not just for your own stupid propaganda... that includes both sides...

case now:
given the info from zoom as facts then this could occur to a player that they just got their stuff back after a loss. so basicly just like on the test server... (hint how it got in). so the player could not change that or willingly get that. it was a fact that he just has woken up back in his bot. no willing action could be taken taken to recreate that. it just happend. considering the eula and considering logical sense the logical reaction would have been to report this insted of useing it. so you might be able to blame them for that.

old case:
well the old case was not a passive thing that just occured. this was a willingly used violation of the eula. and you got away with a temporary ban.

so if you compare these two and take international law standarts as basics (lol) then who is more to blame. someone that willingly abused something and has willingly broken the rules or someone who just was given a benefit by error and used that. both are not inocent, but who would have to face the greater punishment? ill leave that up to you.
besides its not mine to decide. you can point it out to the devs, but its theirs to decide what to do. but keep on with your blaming and going verbaly at each others throats. ill just think this is getting stupid and more like childs play. keep your hostilities on the battlefield.

group the turret, the missile and the extentions that effect both. so this will make things way better to have a good overview. especially good for new players.

al it takes is some clean up from time to time. if you guys are too laszy then that is your problem. you want a clean island? then keep it clean. if there are a lot of lazy guys... well thats your problem. noone asks on gamma what you have to do when the field is largely under impassagble terrain. oh #*$§ i have to terraform...

what you basicly complain about is that you just want to undock and find your fresh fileds and get the nic running form the first minute. well i guess that time is over now and you have to do some other things besides it. ill call this making mining more intresting and less monotone. but i see no real problem, and iven if it only arises if you are lazy enough and dont want to do a thing. if you are on a boat and are aproaching a waterall you can scream "oh my god we are all going to die" or you can start to paddle. guess what happens if you keep screaming...

i have greatly enjoyed diablo 1, played some diablo 2 untill the patch changed kille dmy chars repeatedly (no skill resets). and i played diablo 3 with my wizard up to lvl 58 (60 is max) in hell difficulty.

standart difficulty is just for fun... kill them all.
nightmare is getting intresting and will teach you to avoid dmg. but still easy going.
hell is where it starts to get difficult and you switch from dps to max 2 dmg skills and the rest is just for survivability.
inferno.... well havent been there but way more harder.

general i dont like the few skills i have avalible. often i run into a situation where i just would have needed another skill but you cant have them all that the same time.

well it is diablo and i already feel the same things that have drawn me out of wow. the endless grid and no end in sight. always only looking for the next little better items. yes perp has a lot grind too but there you want to build something and not just throw away the old stuff.

you realy see that the makers of diablo (blizzard north) are no longer there.
personaly i dont know if i will stay till 60. maybe cause a few friends are poking me to get there.
what i miss are the masses of monsters to kill like in diablo 1+2. here you mostly fight smaller groups that are harder. so a bit of the diablo feeling is lost.

as a casual game ill say nice, its ok, makes fun. but as a dedicated game it will get boring very soon.

if you dont have the skills or the equip or both for 100% scan accuracy then you just have to doublecheck all tiles with your mining lasers. may be a bit work but is also done in a few minutes.
so dont throw away your initial scan...

well we are still talking about kain and mesmer boni. not lights and assaults...

my definition of roamning is light and assault.
mech and heavy is more a fleet fight. and these bots are not that fast for reams. especially cause the distances have increased with the last patch.

the thing with demob resists is... if its just a little bit... then its not much of use anyway.

yes bots were cheaper. but in the end the bot was not the most expensive stuff... try to fit your kain with usefull equipment and you will see that these 1,4m were simply not that big of a issue.

now the bot itself is way more expensive. for that the equipment now is cheaper.

gargoyle has 2% per lvl.

but for it to be usefull i think it would have to be 5% per lvl.
adv robotics 5 would negate the lwf malus. adv. robotics 10 would have the bonus of a plate even if lwf is fitted...

if you add plates and no lwf.. ok forget demob... but you are not realy fast either...

this would fit the blue bot style with running shotguns.

well compared to the other mechs i think the demob resist would be a fine option.

seth has +1% crit (realy good)
gropho has +1% locking speed (also quite nice to have)

compard with this i think ballance wise the demob resist would be ok.
but totaly agree with the falloff is a bit a waste.

my record where 5 cts form a nui scientific II. and even more strange.. all combat bots. normaly the industrial stuff is found more often. stashes with multible cts can happen but are realy rare.. or you are just a lucky bastard as i have been once. but i also have to say that i did artefacting nearly for 2 months straight when i came into this game cause pve and other stuff was not realy a option for a new player with no extentions on beta. so i can say i scanned quite a few hundred artefacts. and this surely was the top.

the lucky one:
2x mesmer 75%
1x arbalest 50%
1x yagel 75%
1x yagel 50%

well that was quite some months ago ...

i did some statistics for that as well (but stated a bit late with it.). some corpmates also helped me to get the data together.
scanned artifacts total: 418
numbers are the drop change per artifact statisticly (rounded to one position after decimal point). but the numbers of the scientifc artefacts scanned are a little low for a good statistical result. anyway you shound have a idea with this.

Scientific1 scanned 39:
ct indu 50%: 0,2
ct indu 75%: 0
ct combat 50% 0,1
ct combat 75%: 0

Scientific2 scanned 36:
ct indu 50%: 0,3
ct indu 75%: 0,2
ct combat 50% 0,2
ct combat 75%: 0,1

Scientific3 scanned 20:
ct indu 50%: 0
ct indu 75%: 0,3
ct combat 50% 0
ct combat 75%: 0,1

i think we had these discussions already multible times.

your options 1+2 are good but i think option one is a bit overpowering. fitting eccm is the way if you fear supressors or ecms.

option 2 is a good one and i like this a lot. atm we dont have any fast bots with demob resistance. then as pointed out once you are fast you will be demobed easily.
of yource you still need the lwf so the bonus at lvl 8(adv. robotics) should be not only negate the penalty from the lwf, it also needs to add a bonus like that of a plate.
if not this will be useless again. cause if you dont go lwf then the others will simply keep their distance and you never reach them. if the bonus is too small then you will be demobed and you never reach them and they keep their distance because they are faster again...

on the other hand these bots will be realy hard to catch with a demober, so this might be very powerfull. need to be thought out correctly or it will be a fail again.
