-1 Keep the tower it the whole gamma thing will be a big flop. You can remove it when the problems arise (if ever, with this amount of players)

There will be no market after this. The market is bad as it is now, not to mention hauling-online. Now further separation of islands is the worst thing that can happen to this game. There will be no trade hub, and the last 2 global market producers will not haul stuff around for the general market. Corps will close themselfs on gamma, and then alpha will die off slowly.
Nubs are inpatient and finicky about leaving the game, lets not give them any new reasons for that.

Smoother charge helps.:cool:

So you cant make a terain flat enough for a building?
This is what worked for us on the 1st day of test server (but in the future this will be obsolete info).

Guys you need to be super tidy and patient here.
Pick one tile (remember its coordinates) and use leveling charges on it for minimum 10 cycles.  Now, lock the nex tile next to it and repeat.... move your way one tile a time slowly in both directions. You are pulling the original tiles height along with you in a way.... making it flat behind you.

This worked for us, but if you got a better method pls post it.

It would help a lot if the ores respawned somewhere else on the island, so the fields would shift around and you had a chance of finding a fresh one. Then you would be much more involved in finding what you need and exploiting it before other's come and join in on the mining.

Its good I like it. i remember when I started playing how I loved the arkhe and the spider legs.... its still among the best looking bots in the game.

Jeah I thought some mistakes are going to creep into the text. Also since the sound is bad and I learned some editing I will be removing this video down and making it all over again but better, in smaller segments, and different aspects of the game explained.

I had a close encounter whit an SO on tellesis, we even gave him a nickname in our corp. That beast makes 11 minutes rounds around the island so setting up a timer can somewhat predict that he is comming. But we did loose a 50mill to him recently.
Its not fun to loose 50 mill in robots when you had no time to react and runaway. Its too hard and too repressive... change it somehow.

Ok I tried the map thingy.... its so confusing! I think it is a great application, and I am so glad you are making it, but, can we get some tooltips? And a help file or sumting.... as it is now most of the time im scratching my head in confusion on what to do...
I remember when I was making a BBcode for stEVE forums, it had a zillioin codes and options, in the end what did I do? Only 1 frigin code that was taking in a garbage of text and spew out coherent ingame links on the other end.
Only when it was so simple and idiot proof I was finnaly done explaining to corpmates how da f* to use it.

The whole terrain can be formed by military, agricultural or even aesthetic aspects. - I must have missed this actually being in-game. It's from the list of features.

This draws a certain type of people that enjoy sandboxes with player/guild housing, usually these people come as already established guilds. How many hundreds of subs were lost because Perpetuum was advertised as a terraforming/player building game, when none of that is actually in-game?

Who knows... But first stop falsely advertising please. More PVE content is also good.

I came for terraforming, and didnt find it. That was rly dissapointing. Its a nice game but...its getting more boring by the minute.

Also: 1. There must be no "destroy item" option when outside of terminal, because such an option allows a victim in pvp to instantly destroy all valuable loot before death or just before he is attacked. Currently prohibiting item destroy during combat doesn't help: victim can destroy valuable item when it saw on radar that enemies are approaching.

This was done allready, you cant destroy stuff if aggro-ed, and its sometimes annoying when NPC farming.

I play in a 3 man corporation and developing a tech tree was a big thing to get for us. Now it just got 50% harder. Actualy 100% harder? Noone is going to sell the kernels since they will be rare. Also hard to get, unlike the NIC that is super easy to get, and now you also make it farming kernels.
In the end I got way too much NIC and way to little kernels.
Oh but you can buy kernels -> again who will sell them? Kernel farmers? They got NIC no need for NIC, and why give your opposition the advantage?.....
Do you see the circular thing here?

Im a complete newb here and I did this cos I was getting confused alot. That categorization of NPCs is taken from a list I found on this forum and assumed it was correct.
I also noticed some names are not right there..... so I will fix it but could you assemble a correct list pls?
