Someone in my corp did calculations and he got that Seth will do sightly better damage, I am not sure of all the variables he used but only thing that caught my eye was that Seth did more damage because of the extra head slot. I have never used a Seth in my life and can't be bothered to calculate everything myself so Il drop it.

I hope eHarm shows up in MASS1.

About armor repair:
On Kain you can raise repair amount to 391HP per 330AP with t4 armor repair module (276 HP for Artemis).

Resists? ok, there is the formula: Resist % = (100 * resist points) / (100 + resist points)
Artemis bonus gives +50% (with high skills) to resist points - not to resist %. It means that there are really small difference (4-5%).

About speed - Kain most faster battle mech on server.

About weapon range - skills can give you 106 meters of falloff and 403 meters effective range on t4 weapons - not enough?..

This is the old story, that repeats long-long time:
1) Ppl ask DeV's to introduce new content.
2) New content introducing.
3) In the game appears some hardcore players who can use this content better than another players.
4) Another players got butthurt and go to cry about overpowered things and exploits.
5) Nerf and discontent of the hardcore players.
6) Leaving from the game.

Old hardcore players leaves because:
1) Too much times was nerfed their main goals, for which was spent REALLY A LOT OF TIME.
2) Even if already not nerfed, there is no certainty that tomorrow they not will be nerfed.
3) Politic bans.

In such sandboxes like perpetuum often global nerfes should not be. This is not CS or WOT. Each nerf puts cross on spent time of many ppl.

You really can't understand that nobody want's play game where whiners wins?..

The main advantages of firearms:
1) Firearms - most available newbie weapons. It's possible to learn t4 with drone kernels fast and easy. Also it's cheap.
2) They enough good without high skills. No need accumulator extensions, low CPU and reactor usage.
The main disadvantages:
1) LOS.
2) Low optimal range
3) High weight
4) Really low DPS in comparison with profile weapons (on high skills) because there is no any robotic bonuse.

My main point in that: We have 4 races - Nuimqol, Pelistal, Thelodica and Industrials. Also we have 4 types of weapons: Magnetic, lasers, missile launchers and firearms.
Each battle bot have his proper (profile) weapon type. (Actually it's very strange that profile weapons are self sufficient and it's possible to equip this in any appropriate slot on any bot... but nwm yet.)
...And we have common weapon type for turret robots. Only for turret slot... There is obviously disbalance.
Why it's impossible to do one weapon of common type?

Yes, some ppl talks about disbalance, but they can't explain where exactly. (maybe because there is no disbalance?). Shielded Tyrannos with independed of accumulator firearms? - But is it depends with missile launchers? etc.... etc... etc...

Funny... It's obviously that need fix, but how - not clear.
Main problem is that you care about ppl, who logged out in the field. I ask you: Why need care about them? Logout problem should worry only logged out ones.
Logout in the field should be equal risk of death (as minimum). Else why need a whole concept of destroying robots?
You try to create hardcore game and satisfy hamsters in one time. You never can do it.

Hunter, even with both skills at 10, mesmers are no way near cap stable, so don't mislead.

Secondly, mesmers have a bonus for repping which if you fit a medium rep (if you want to take advantage of the bonus) takes even more accumulator/sec than 6x t4 em guns.

Mesmers are grossly underpowered for the bonus' they are designed to use. 

Take the time to spec into a Seth
-> it has a larger accumulator base
-> all 3 bot bonuses are useful
-> you get an extra head slot
-> you get bonuses on guns with a much longer range
-> all for the cost of 14% dps (which can be overcome, and then some, by using a tuner in the extra slot.)

fyi:
with high turret cycle skill and with 5 tunings and with 6 T4 EM guns mesmer consumes 47,78 AP per second.
With 6 T4 Gaus guns mesmer consumes 33,19 AP per second. (hope there no mistake in my calculations)

With high accumulator skills and 5 accum recharges mesmer has 5362 AP and 192,6 sec recharge time. 5362/192,6*2=55,6 AP/sec...

But even if DeV's not going to remember their balanced system. And going to listen you... I'm anyway agree. Because i'm use mesmer too smile
