Completely agree with the negative EP option, i feel like im just waiting around for enough EP to do this which is really putting me off logging in for the next 4.38 days.

Can't help but agree, there are 3 kinds of players here, PvE'er PvP'er and those who like both, problem is this game needs all these groups to ensure there is a continuing desire and thus request for more content in both areas of the game, if one starts to slide the other suffers.

PvE is a major factor when new players arrive, its these players that will keep PvP dynamic and interesting else we will have a slowly dwindling PvP population with no new blood, which gets very boring very quickly, I personally believe another Alpha Island wouldnt actually be a bad thing at this point, one designed to cater to the PvE crowd ready to move past the original alpha islands. I know many a PvPer may say that would result in the beta islands suffering, but they will suffer much more if the PvE crowd dissappear.

So if you have 3 characters on an account you have to spend 8640 EP to be able to initially do the reset or please tell me there is an alternative?

What about the option of deleting your character 'when' your doing the reset to avoid the EP delete costs? eg: Account reset actually deletes your characters for you?

Its not just a few minutes were talking about, I was doing a mission last night on the rookie mantis near Asintek Alpha Terminal, there was one guy locking the whole spawn down and this is with me in a Baph with 2 sens amps, problem was he could kill the mob before the next one popped and he clearly had invested points into quicker targetting, the end result was 30 mins of trying to complete a mission without any success.

If you count the number of spawns around the Alpha terminals your looking at around 10 areas, which could effectivly result in 30 players taking over and controlling every single spawn area on the alpha islands. This is a MMO not a highly populated LAN party.

I am also experiencing this issue which seems to be gradually getting worse, started off freezing for only a couple of seconds, now its can take anywhere between 5-30 seconds, its especially noticable while in a terminal as the background image freezes up every few seconds whilst the profile window is open.
