If you don't know this yet:
- hit "esc", that opens the options
- choose "gameplay" tab
- use larger fonts where possible (mainly the chat text characters will be larger)

unfortunately that is all you can do, other texts cannot be resized

you tried deleting the Perpetuum.gbf file in the folder i suppose and reinstalling the game. how's your progress now? is it still blank?

It's true, molecular instability and syndicate protection are two different things. Only the latter one means that others can't harm you. It just became clearer in the help under "The terrain and the rules" section.

The current form of roaming 'Grand Observers' works exactly like this, appearing at a random place, random time and thus can cross an Agent's way.
