Could be. There's some ways to do really interesting PvPvE activities. But it should blend togther in truly interesting way, not just by removing Alpha protection from farming and mining or by simple reward multiplier.
One of very successful examples were wormholes in eve, with a lot of unique group PvE and PvP gameplay. Looking for "adventures and fortune", not for artificial "PvP fun".

Without PvE it would be dead(for real) PvP game. Like those steam games with always empty multiplayer. But i don't really have so much time to discuss it with that stupid kinds

Daily EP appears 3 times instead of 1. On both accounts.
3 records in event log and EP amount near balance and in skills window reflect that.
It's annoying.
And it's not actual EP(in case others didn't figured it out and haven't reported because of that), because it says "not enough EP" when trying to raise a skill and it goes back to normal after relogging or raising a skill.

If you have full proto, full reverse engineering, full production and your doing something actively that's high ep then it's possible. Ammo production works well for this, family cheap and easily sold.
I've noticed that ammo production is far better than afk mining, but if it's really possible to make 500k in a day after 3mil, then our train IS screwed up more than ever...

Specialized bot for nexus modules might be a good idea.
Something like command ships in eve. Bonuses to nexus, low damage, and very good tanking capabilities.
