Yes indeed Annihilator and your help last night was really appreciated.

Now that i have moved to Shinjalar i am seeing more happening in the market there.

Can i ask one question please.

@Gwyndor and Ville in particular
Are you peeps still playing the game?, was just wondering (genuine question)

One thing i do agree with here is the state of alpha markets.

I am on Daoden and there is next to nothing in the market there. Yes i will be moving on to another island, but for a newcomer it just makes the game look dead.

I never see this kind of negativity in the game, whenever i have asked for help it has always been warmly received.

I expect that there are reasons for this and i have seen it in many other mmo's (warhammer online for starters) but so far so good.

I can understand some disgruntlement, but surely when you get to that stage its time to call it a day?

New player here (bought game on the 25th)

Enjoying the game alot and have already racked up a good 24 hours playtime (believe me that is alot for me).

Can't remember the last game that i wanted to spend that amount of time in a game in that small timeline.

In an age of generic and linear games, we need more games like this and i can't for the life of me figure out why i never came across this earlier.

This game needs proper advertising, Disjointed Eve players + bored fantasy mmo players would Love this.

Saw an advert for this corp on Steam from Seraphim.

Very new to this game (played Eve for a few years though) , and when i feel like i'm ready to join a corp then this sounds like a good one.

At the moment though i'm just doing industry to get NIC etc

I agree, although i'm new to this game (3 days now) i literally fell upon it by chance when looking through some Eve online vids on youtube.

The guy who did the Vid "Short Fuze" showed the game off quite well and i was interested in it within the first 5mins of the video and subsequently bought it the same day. Since then i have only logged onto Eve to check my training and have played this instead.

There is a real gem of a game here and it needs proper advertising because i get the feeling that there are alot of people out there unaware that this even exists, of whom would find this a great game in a world of ever increasing dumbed down mmo's.

Well my laptop isn't , if any better than your setup Kyriel.

AMD APU A8 4500m 2.0 ghz with 8GB RAM and integrated graphics 7640g + windows 8.1

I can run fullscreen at 1366x768 with medium textures and low-mid draw distance. The main impact was when i turned off the shadows (game look ok without anyway) + turned off other flora.

Also i turned of V-Sync but added x4 anisotropic filtering.

Really cant compain about the quality of gameplay i am getting, all seems smooth as silk.

But..........

My Desktop is an i5 with 4gb ram and AMD 7770 1gb  with Windows 7.

Although more powerful than the laptop (not the best i know) , it doesnt seem to perform that much/if at all better on the same settings but at 1680x1050 unless the shadows are turned off.

i find that a little strange.
