First lag? I'm experiencing lags each time thene is more than 2 bots exploding nearby. Each time, Karl!
Strange. Normal people usually report it. 
Ok. But personally for me - it was the first big lag after a terrible fall.
Do not panic. It was the first serious LAG in the last 4 months.
Today TERRIBLE lags/DC... start from ~16:30 ST. Russia/Europe/USA(?).

2 Zoom: after DC my character stay "online" 12+minutes until i not relogin again. Check this bug again, pls.

This change will take at least 1-2 weeks. This means that other innovations will come later.
You can not imagine the amount of work. Do you think "only need to change the numbers and you're done".
Make it so minimum of 50 or 100 member corporations only can own an outpost.
This means that young corporation in the next couple of years will not even be able to capture the outpost. Either will bring 50-100 alts in their corporations, to get such an opportunity.

As for the "improvements" - there is no reason to change the game now. Developers need to move on. For 3 years there is no significant updates - they are solid rebalance and change mechanics.
Thats because we dont want to capture the island. Your thinking is fail. Whatever keeps you logging in and losing bots. We enjoy undocking and finding pvp while playing other games. And guess what, still top of the KB.
If you are not interested in the island... why change the mechanics of the game? Again...
