Then what do you understand that as a field? I am not bashing, just curious. There is x amount of resources that should be on an island and they are hidden in random number of fields (example 3-5 fields)

Why it can't be with thresholds and with fields? EVEN if it doesn't respawn immediately, this is good etiquette to mine the field to 100% so a poor newbie without 100% geoscanning is not forced to geoscann 10 times before he finds the last tile/ doesnt have to run arround the whole island to get near the other field that is not yet depleted.
AFAIR with the current system, it will check if the field is near depletion and clean it up automagically, but not before 10 people get frustrated with the 90%-empty field.

Sometimes, when I walk around, the plants appear only when I am on top of them. While this isn't usually a problem, it is when I have to run and use the terrain to my advantage.
Sometimes I can see the impassable terrain tile notification, but not always.
I asked some people and heard that they have the same problem. Additionally, sometimes they don't appear even when people are next to them.
I am using max terrain quality, draw distance is at 50%. Decorational plants also are affected.

Ville you can click somewhere (like a tile) and then click the approach button. It will take a few seconds, but the commands will get to the client.

When you autopilot somewhere far, where you didn't have the plants loaded before,
but is generally reachable (not in impassable terrain), after the plants get loaded and 'block' the entrance, the autopilot goes mad and the game clients starts to be sluggish (jumps to a new frame every 5-10 seconds, slow response time).

In combat, most bots aren't going to use more than two ecms per target. How would dedicated ECM people feel about having this number formalised as the max amount of ECMs a bot can be affected by?
If I it would create an icon like demob gets right now?
You would cry, cry and cry even more. Why?
Because this is the last thing that stops us from being 100% effective with out ECMs - in big battles you don't usually have time or possibility to shout the specific ECM target you are on.
And as for the limit, you wouldn't use more that 2 on a hmech, I would think, but we don't fight ONLY hmechs, so I am on the fence with this one.

Exactly, Anni either doesnt remember those times or couldnt remember those times. There were also LESS islands. Beta 2? Nope. There were about the same number of people we have now I think.

I only remember PVP without this mechanic, when we had people on stationary EPI spots, mining all the time and light e-war coming for them in those (STATIC) spots.
