Out at the ball and chain on tellisis atm, usually there are 3 spawns there, currently there are only two dropping. Have also heard from other players that mission npc are not attacking on tellisis aswell. Is this a change or does the server need a restart to clear out a bug that has crept in?
Any one else noticed any other bugs out there regarding npc's?

I have 3 accounts, for the battle I had 2 of them shut down completely and this one was the only one on. I had all settings to low, vsync off and suchlike. Just so you also know I am running an alienware gaming comp which can handle any game on the market easily.
When I undocked from TMB I had a high ping of about 2000ms and as the fleets closed on each other i grew to 50000ms then went to N/A lag. I spent the entire battle rubber banding when ask to lock a play from the other fleet i couldnt even see you for most of the time. When I was blown up i actually didnt even know it until about 3 mins after the fact. I then sparked to intia and deployed in a baphy and because i was away from both the fleets the game was playable. It was there i saw lemon destroy Wrik Hover after i had been shooting him for a bit, i believe this may have been for lag aswell.
I just want the issue sorted now so we can return to battling again and have the excellent pewpew that we have been having. Right now I am resigned to the fact that I cant attend fleet battles as i will just lag out and to me that is no fun at all.

Don't you think, guys, this discussion shouldnt exist at all? That here there must be discussed how to have balanced ewar, how to handle Gamma or boost the Market, But Not speaking about issues as such? These shouldnt exist in an apropiate game. Name, please, a single Steam game with such huge lag issues. At least ocasionally. Be my guest.

I can understand Goshka's anger, I have been in 2 fleet battles now and all I got was high lag and as the two fleets closed on each other it grew to n/a lag. I was killed both times and didnt even know i was killed untill 3 or 4 minutes after the fact. That was the same for half of our fleet with our fc's (even guys who usually experience 30ms ping) unable to call the battle. For you Dev Zoom to say it is the users problem is unacceptable because if this issue isnt resolved you wont get the new player base you hope for becos word of mouth travels and the smart people who listen will not subscribe. As ranking member of the TOG community ( a community of now near 80000 members) I atm cannot and will not support this game in good conscience, I was hoping to give the thumbs up report to draw more members.

@Syndic and CIR alliance - Grow up, and here is a further thought, how about you help try and fix the problem instead of beating your chests like neanderthals. A good report and word of mouth means good word of mouth which translates to more people joining, hence more PEW!

I think 4K to 5K radius is more fair as you cannot place walls within 1k of an O/P and 500M of a SAP and as they are all fairly close together i dont think 3K would cover this.

Firstly, it would of been nice to know that the wall degradation was coming so u could plan for it in advance.

2ndly understand why that it is there, but believe there should be a way to gain an auto repair system. Say if you get an outpost up to a 100 then you should be able to set it on for all walls current within a 4000 to 5000m radius from the O/P. If you dont maintain the O/P at 100 then u loose it.

I had a usual ping of about 360ms to 700ms. I have been playing for a few weeks now and i never suffered that much lag or rubber banding. Until yesterday, now my ping is from N/A to 2000ms with some serious rubber banding, it is making it impossible to even engage in combat. This hasnt been a problem and only started yesterday, has something been done on the server or possibly does it require a restart. I am at a loss as to what is causing this all of a sudden.

You mentioned earlier in this thread that u just uploaded a patch to help U/S clients with this sort of problem, could this have something to with it.

No nothing has changed, but I just found out they did an update to fix this sort of thing for U/S clients yesterday, I wonder if this has something to do with it?

I joined TOG late last year, started in BFBC2 then moved myself down to Perpetuum.  I have to say it is an awesome game, and I believe it has been made even better by being in a corp with like minded mature players. Not worried about back stabbing or their status but only with having a good time and achieving all the corps goal as a team.
