Server will be down on 2016-03-23 from 14:00 servertime/CET (13:00 UTC).
This will be a pure maintenance downtime because we're moving the servers back to Budapest. We estimate the downtime to last for about 3 hours.

Zoom, how does npc spawning and AI touchups going to help the game?
It helps with the PvE content, which seems to be important for a lot of players.
What do you think would help the game that we are able to do in a reasonable timeframe?

We have deployed a client fix for this. There is probably a server bug too, but at least it shouldn't crash anymore.

The primary problem I see with your proposal is this:
increases weapon optimal range in 2 times
increases lock range in 2 times
Because that means you can rain down fire pretty much undetected and there is no counter for that, other than some lucky scout squad.

Isn't that kinda the point though? It takes days or weeks to put up a gamma base, why should you be able to tear it down in 10 minutes?

there was an incident when someone who was "locked" in a gamma station he had no docking rights for, because they got revoked by the owner. That was the last time i remember the DEVs have touched the homebase/respawn mechanic.
just can't find the patchnotes for it
People asked for this in November 2015 but we have found that it already works like that (can't find the topic but I made a ticket).
Is this the case here?

The problem is that we don't have any logs about the materials put into reactors or the energy levels at a random point of time that would tell us whether you have actually lost that energy or it was used up.
If I reimburse you for what you ask, then basically anyone can submit a support ticket claiming a random amount of materials because I will only have their word for it.

Zoom, in harvesting missions can anyone in squad complete the step of - Acquire 1 Harvesting Work Log, or does it have to be completed by the agent who took the mission?

because it sounds strange to have a nerf from ~20 million per run down to "per hour"
The average payout for a level6 combat mission wasn't 20 million per run, more like 5 to 10 million, depending on the template.
This is of course the reward for 1 participant, I'm not balancing around the squad reward accumulation that we had before the fix.
edit: and the 20 million came from Jita averaging my 10-30 which was meant as ~10 for low risk missions and ~30 for combat types.

I understand but i'm not talking about tokens but NIC.
To raise 2.5 billion at 20 million an hour takes 125 hours. That is a long time for even hardcore players.
I can't guarantee that these new changes will indeed result in 20 million per hour. That's why I wrote that we'll see how this change works out and then change the prices if they seem too high, not before.
