Sorry Devs I rather decline offering a review on Steam until I can give a positive one, specially for the masses.
yep, me too ... you really don't want negative posts, even genuine ... but in retrospect, I'd save a few people from throwing their money away.

I visit these forums in a vain hope something may happen, to the game, not the comic antics of the 'leading' corporations ... 
once the bomb has gone off, expodeded, all your EP is re-set to zero. 
Your 'missions' are boring and lackluster, and, exceedingly repetitive ... you get the same mission 5 times in a row. They soon become another reason not to play!
I took several days on my first attempt, now I don't do those missions ... my sanity is now recovering.
I don't do TwitFace, and I notice you won't be able to email me when the servers are back online, but that's OK, I wasn't playing anyway. 
If I was a betting person, I'd say Chemist is looking for a 3 legged horse race.
This isn't a matter of hardware capacity, this is a bug.

Hello everyone ... I found my Steam password and finally got access to the forums. With that, I was also able to buy some Credits to boost my EP.
Love the game, having some fun, looking forward in meeting some of you on the battlefield ... not sure which one or when, but we'll get there some time.

OK, I did it, I found how to buy credits ... I'm slow, but I got there ... thank you for your help.
