A: no surprise that the biggest blob in perp that is constantly blueing new corps wants a alliance feature as u only see nova blob members wanting this in mass

B: like williamH bonney said "Of course it has been done before, but Perpetuum isn't really big enough for that." perp is not big at all promoting alliance features and alliances will always keep this game 1 sided

C: as it stand there 1 main power block and its killing the game b/c it constantly blueing everything and discourages people to strike out on its own

D: I can see this feature if perp had atleast 1k players on constantly. more people would be in game and there would hopefully be more factions running around but as it stand this feature just would incourage more blueing less pvp and a dead game

E: the new intrusion feature will hopefully encourage people to brake away from the nap fest and force them to go out on there own if they wish to own a out post witch would = more pvp less blobing

M2S really is no longer a threat to the whole server. yet you people trade one tyrant for another when its suits u! This community has failed its self and will be its own undoing more will leave never to return b/c people like CIR RG ROME HYDRA DOY MORTE CHAOS ADLN SK RIDE THS (yes i know i left some out CIR has so many blues its hard to keep track) and more all stay blue and prob blueing more corps as we speek. sure your on top the game u have power and b/j parties every friday but at what cost? Choking the life out of this game is the price u are paying.

So I say to you devs do not add more B/S to make it easy for people to blue up and form alliances add ur new intrusion system and force people out on there own!

I'll give to you guys one point, I think the assualt speed changes were a little much... with empasis on the little. A waspish doing 85? An arbie doing 95? That's a little bit much. Slow them down a little bit, keep assaults in the game as they are now.

There's some people here who want mechs to be king roaming bot, and heavy mechs to be able to solo 30 lights at once while stepping on them and blowing them up. They're threatened by the fact that maybe someone who is based only on alpha can have a forray into their home and blow up their assests.

I'm thinking the root problem here is a corp based on alpha can have a more casual play style, their members can do their own thing, farm solo, mine solo, play the market solo.. and then get together with 5 or 6 or whatever and come fight you. I think that'd be pretty awesome.

Now, you beta island dwellers, you say "We want to be king top dog! We are work together to achieve ultimate glory!" Which is all fine and dandy. But just because you are, doesn't mean you should never have to fight to prove or keep it.

Keep it Simple. Slow down assaults a little bit. There's no need to add a new type of stealth assault bot. That requires even more specialization.

95 kph? tell me how cuz my t4 fit arb only goes 83kph I would like to go 95kph....I guess not full fitted?

see thats where everyone is confused. "one less potential target on beta now" key word "one" beta isnt ment to be a solo place. it is ment for group play so why are people surprised/raged when they get ganked in the danger zone is well beyond me.....

How about an increasing AP drain within 1000m of a teleport?

No drain until destabilization wears off, then double the drain every 5 seconds until you are outside the field; the effect doesn't change with distance, if you in the field, you get drained the same at 1m or 999m.

This won't kill you, or stop scouting completly, but it will stop masked scouts and TP camping.

masked scouts are not the big issue the issue is people leaving arkhe scouts on alpha teles that lead to beta or beta teles that lead to alpha. then cranking up the sound and minimizing that account and just waiting for the telet sound then reopen that client to see what jump in.
so a AP drain wouldnt help with that but i still think its a decient idea to keep people from just camping them with a large group of numbers maybe.

Dude assualts arent OP play the game more one mech can easily counter a group of them. just cuz groups of assualts are used to hit solo mechs and unprotected miners doesnt mean there OP! is it the fault of 3-5 assualts if your dumb enough to solo mine or solo npc or even run around in your seq transporting epi with no escort? I think not! so stop calling assualts OP no matter what bot your in its all about ur # vs what ur attacking + ur ewar support and the use of terrain.

I personly would like to see buildable like miner sites....these site could be destroyed but u need a fleet to do it. these sites that maybe look like huge drills constantly mine into a silo and the silo has to be empty out and they out put maybe like umm....2 rivilers worth? only 4 per outpost and it needs plasma to run or somthing like that.....I think that would greatly increase a reason for corps alone to own a out post. just an idea im sure theres tons more that could be added but im not one to type a wall of text.

Assualt/light speed boost was very much needed there are still ew that can catch and tackle for mechs and mechs can still 3-4 shot assualts  but with a lil more speed now they have a chance to run if they run up on something to much for them to handle.  ewar can still hold them down for mechs to kill so they cant run still seems like a good balance so far.

Well congrats on trying to fix exploit....So you suspend some people take out some mods/nic all good yet there are still hundreds maybe even thousands of ill gotten goods/nic in game..
Many were punished and many more slip through the cracks

May I suggest a clean slate? Wipe entire server let people keep there chars and EP/tech

This is much bigger then the simple insurance fraud and will cripple the game to once side for a very long time.

Plz no trolling just post ur thoughts lets have a good convo

advantage...much more pvp/killing ur enemys on alpha brake there logistics trains that feed beta ect.

penalty.....You have to be much more careful on alpha? It works both ways so if u war dec a corp ur paying for it the other corp gets free pvp....

Lets add in war dec!!

Ok so you can only war dec 1 corp at a time and lets say it cost 10mil to war dec. Each week after it goes up an extra 10mil to keep war deck open and if war dec is canceled then you have a 3-5day time before you can declare war again. Corps can only have 1 war dec agianst them at a time.

OK discuss and add what I havent thought of
