here's a list of some stuff i came up with while extracting ore.

  • Market Ticker - just like a stock ticker, only for basic materials, so industry players will know what the demand for materials is and if it's on the raise, so it's worth mining it.

  • Bonuses - so missions will be more interesting, a dynamic system that will reward players when doing cretin types of missions that no body else does. more like Chances for opportunity.

  • Industry Log - just like combat log, would like to see how much material i get from mine each cycle.

  • Programmable AI Robots - players with cretin skills will be able to use a Simple Programming In-Game Scripting Language (not C++ like, ya?) to program special bots to do all kinds of jobs automatically - i know this may sound useless, because players then won't play, AI will do stuff for them, but if you implement this the right way, with penalties this may work =]

btw. i may have been a bit high while thinking of this things!

actually, the dynamic spawn IMHO makes it even more profitable to camp the drone spawns.

yes, spawn times, and i'm talking about spawn numbers.

Chief Ubenor definitely has some points. but the others said, the fact is that missions in the game are not made to have fun (unlike WOW) is an indication that the point of the game is probably a bit different.

like you, i will give the game a bit time, i really look forward to see the game develops and more content is added to it, don't care if it will be added by devs or players.

AND getting "35 ammo" as reward for a mission when wasting about 100~ ammo not very rewarding! and it's not like the purple energy cells are much better then green ones.

well, i don't know how the mob system works at the core, but a good solution for this problem will be that the number of mobs on farming areas will be dynamic, i.e. if one player is in the area, 5 drones will spawn, if 5 players are in the area 15 drones will spawn...

hay. noticed a glitch with the Geoscans interface. NOT the one on the big Map, the one that let's you see the visual.

when the box is small, and you have to scroll down, scroll bar is automatically returns up after 1 second aprox.

does anyone else have this issue?
