Topic: Teleporter Graphic glitch.

This is after jumping.  I got a "cannot execute command" after the screen loaded and when I was able to travel away from the teleporter the following ensued.

Its like the graphical effect that you get when you initiate the teleporter, only stuck to my mech and it stayed with me well out to 1km.

Also getting 3 instances of the transporting sound per jump.

happened to me yesterday jumping from one place to another on daoden - the beam wasn't animated (i.e., no fluxing around, no change in its orientation).  I noticed it when I was still under the destination teleport and started moving around - it disappeared within seconds.  I wrote it off to lag, but it was nothing as exteme as yours.
