Topic: Armor Repair Extension not functioning as expected.

Example:

Base armor repairer cycle time: 12 seconds
Armor Repair Extension level (7)
-Each level of this extension reduces the cycle time of armor repairers by an additional 5%.-
Expected cycle time decrease: 12 * (1-(7*.05)) = 12 * .650 = 7.80 seconds
Alternate cycle time decrease: 12 * (.95 ^ 7)    = 12 * .698 = 8.38 seconds
Actual Cycle Time shown in-game: 8.89 seconds.

Either I am missing another factor that is affecting this situation, or there is a problem with this extension.

This has come up before. Perpetuum uses a different form of math.
