If by "veteran" you mean having Mesmer mk2 Seth mk2 maxed out but being counter by a pilot who has 99% of his ep in Vaga mk2 and ewar skills yes indeed.

For me this is the right question at the completly wrong time.
In early days we used to have dedicated "support" player in corp, that do nothing else. But those players could only play, when fighters were online. Such player that even for assignments need help had no fun the last 2 years.

Today you can enjoy game only if you are able to do things on your own beside mining on alpha, which means fighter bot is must have.
I hope this changes one day, but until this changes I would not remove approach mechanic.

These are the guys who don't know how EW works. When someone supresses or demobs you, you see the icon under your robot status - something you don't see with ECM.

Evidently you also have no clue how interference emitters work. We were shooting them at you for hours before you cottoned on and tried launching some back at us.

He can be either double-amped or double-RSA'd. It's a bad fit and a bad picture that's tailored to serve one of your current goals of metagaming the Devs - nerfing ewar so you can roll around with 5-6 multiboxed heavy mk2's and spam spacebar.

Ewar is the paper to the rock of spamming tanked heavies. The only problem here is that you're butthurt because your rock can't beat paper, so paper needs nerf. Go find scissors then come back, those of us who actually PVPed in this game found all that sh*t out years ago the hard way.

Playing says 2 bots both manually controlled by different players giving RSA to each other - that's one thing. Having masked light ewar on follow for the same role - that's lame and needs to be nerfed, that's it. Think wider, bro.

MAsked Zenith can always get closer. There is no need to stay as far as you can being totally safe. Ewar doesn't have LoS restriction so that's another advantage over the guns which are way harder to tune on such range than a ewar.

Why do you argue at all? It's not about nerfing RSA or NEXUS stuff, it's about follow exploiting.
