Is there a perpetuum university corp, similar to eve university in eve-online?

To my knowledge no (though someone should create one!).

However, there are quite a few corps who are very friendly to newcomers, MORTE comes to mind at the moment (http://forums.perpetuum-online.com/topi … ecruiting/), but feel free to have a look in the recruitment subforum (and ingame channel).

NEX was a new player corp formed by new players not long ago and it's going pretty well.
Pretty much any corp out there will accept a new player and teach them to play. smile

Not but seriously most corps on here don't have issues with newbs. Pop isn't big enough to be choosy big_smile

I heard Mobios talked about openning a perpetuum academy, that was few month ago... i don't how it is now.
