for about 3 month as example Russian chat is about 30-35 in prime time. no positive dynamics.
Need more content, more islands. more flexible ways to make NIC and more ways to lost NIC.

Sorry for fluent english.
I'mwriting this letter because the situation with creation Russian community forum goes up to incredable f***ing situation.
We told with GMs about placing link to Community forum in Russian chat. They put, then removed, then again put...again removed...
Officialy ask: What do we need to do with forum in order to put it in the head of Russian chat?
I played eve-online more then 6 years, mony friends from eve comes to Perpetuum and ask me: "Where is the official Russian forum where i can see information, corps, fitting and so on?"
I told: "No such forum"
They: F**K this game!!!
Developers you already missed many players because there is no fun sites, fun forums!
Only small part of Russian community in many games could write or read forums in english, we love our language and want to talk with each other on our language.
I'm seriously advice you to brake this situation with Russian community.
Russian eve fun site has thousands members!

Корпорация Hell's Angels (Ангелы Ада) - это объединение игроков, которым хочется заниматься PvP, фармом мобов и немного индустрии. PvP и фарм мобов очень тесно связаны друг с другом т.к. в обоих этих аспектах игрок качает боевые навыки, приобретает примудрости маневрирования и тактических приемов - все это залог силы корпорации, как единого организма.
Корпорация занимается/планирует заниматься следующими видами деятельности:
1) Профессиональный фарм мобов.
2) PvP
Такие аспекты, как копка, исследования, строительство не являются приоритетными для корпорации, но заниматься ими придется для банального "поддержания штанов" , главное иметь деньги, много денег каждому мемберу корпорации.
В корпорации нет строгой иерархии, каждый мембер коропрации является генератором идей, которые обсуждаются братством.
В корпорации нет и не будет корпоративных мероприятий под названием: "... для корпорации". Все слова "для корпорации" всегда заканчивается оседанием различных благ в нескольких карманах, что противоречит принчипу: "корпорация богата, если богат каждый ее мембер".
Все совместные операции по фарму мобов заканчиваются равной дележкой добытых благ (NIC) между ее участниками.
Тайм-зона примерно +/- 3 часа к серверу, чтобы мы могли вместе играть.
Вопросы можно задать ингейм на чара Hustler, HUST или форум

What the hell guys. No matter who are you shooting at.
DPS - DPS - DPS.
example: we have robot let's call it Bender.
Bender hits 100 points CLEAR per second (50 kinetic + 50 seismic).
Yes, when we shoot Green we have 80 point damage, for example.
when we shoot blue - 90%, RED - 70% and so on.
Discussion is in that who have the HIGHEST CLEAR DPS. Type of damage no matter.

2. T5 HEAVY MECH = 35k NIC
heavy mech's kernel costs 75% above assault's kernel.
It's not fare because of killing heavy mechs much more difficult than assaults.
Please, rise the cost of heavy mech's kernels.
