there is more other ways to earm NICs just fyi. also you can make different missions from time to time to avoid blocking.
however, i agreed that market and economics aren't good now. but probably players by themself can change things a litte. do you have any other ideas except kernel prices?

it's all sounds like "hey im using THIS fit and %bot_type% are too OP for me nerf them", kinda sorta.
additional point why things should stay as they are i guess. well, more or less. in other case there will be less sand in the box - raise your skills SO, use SUCH fit and bot, gogogo.

yes, it's your opinion and my opinion. and yes, your opinion weight is the same as my opinion weight. that means noone gonna change something only because you ask for that, like noone gonna leave everything as is just because i insist. however, numbers of people who agreed with me or just keep playing with current rules is a little bigger than numbers of people who asking for rebalance. maybe im wrong but it doesn't really matter.
i assume you think this discussion is useless. so maybe you we both should just ask DEV's if things are going as intended or not and finish all this continuous madness?
let me be first - DEV's or GM's, please answer this question about balance.

by your own words, lights are dominating now because noone uses anything other. however, mech roamings on Norhoop are succesfull enough. single mech attack can be succesfull aswell. it's all depends on your pvp style - if you don't like to die, ofc u'd better use fastest bots and attack single targets with a group. but thers is always another solution - f.e. you can kill as many as you can and die after that - there is nothing bad with heroical death

yes, so? if we bring 7 HM newxt time instead, result will be even more devastating.
this topic isn't about numbers, but you're right. with great numbers advantage you can win easy enough, there is nothing new. i've said that early, ill repeat it again. we just need some counter thingies. artillery and collateral damage can help with that.

nope i didn't said that. each robot have his role. anyway, you can use whatever you want, just use it different
nobody stops you to perform HM roams - you just don't do them by yourself. ofc you can say they haven't any advantage for that, so well again - just use different tactics

1. don't try to hunt group of ewars alone
2. don't try to hunt them if you're slower and don't have any tackler to help
3. don't post here about they're too op if you didn't matched first two rules and died
summary, to get ewars bring your own ewars, or use traps and tricks. in other case avoid them or accept all risks and fight

ewar issue was discussed alot and everyone agreed it's mostly l2p and blob issue. i'll understand some newcomers can raise this question again and again (however they can use search instead), but why YOU keep posting in such topics? if you like this theme so much oh well you already created a whole 7-8 pages topic about 10 intakts OP, just continue to post your maths and proves there.

- Russian translation on all new stuff doesn't work - all names are look like [def_bottype_ictus_mk2] etc. However, it works correctly in enghlish interface.
- You can fit stuff even without required extentions (already noted here)
- Chat-members count doesn't renew correctly - it's just growing and growing and growing. Already noted too but it seems even on correct exit it can not renew from time to time.
- From time to time (hardly to track what causes exactly) you can get "server error" message. Got it when tried to scan for arties and when tried to dockup.
- Graphic artifacts appeared. like transparent walls from your bot, or like a little sand tornado (dunno about last one, maybe its how it should be)
and as an additional - you can get 2-3 molecular instability. on 3rd one your controls starting to act in strange way. how to get: get close to teleport, select it, press "use" button, select a target to jump, select teleport and press "use" button again, repeat until jumped.
i'll keep posting in case if i'll missed something or find something else.

i think main problem is - people seen how a group of %any_bot_type_1% killing alone %any_bot_type_2% and going to forums in rage - oh look, %any_bot_type_1% is too OP, rebalance or nerf it!
didn't heard if it's a solo pvp game, also dunno how many lights/ewars/assaults should mech kill. im just thinking that if they wil rebalance mechs so they will be able to kill 10 ewars, what will you say if teh enemy will bring more than 10 next time?
if you want to deal with numbers, bring equal or at least adecuate numbers. if you unable to do so or want to deal with great numbers - AoE weapons ftw!
artillery, collateral damage when blowing up, and kamikaze modules should be implemented as soon as possible

we could use carrier hoverbots - flying fast enough, able to carry one or more bots. theyr flying ability can be based on accumulator usage. they can be armed with 1-2 guns or even unarmed, and some anti-aircraft guns can be added to deal with them. they can de unable to use teleports totally, or unable to use them while carrying someone, or something else like that - will be easy to implement.
such thing can solve long travel problem and even add some more tactics to pvp.

non-destroyable turrets are senseless. automatic deployable npc turrets can be good but i believe half-stationary bots will be more funnier especially for gate scouting or miners protection or outpost siege or whatever
