Channel Permissions

I'm the Delegate of a corp, with that I'm the corp chat admin. To test I muted, then de-op'd myself. I'm now unable to unmute myself or give channel rights back...

Delegates & the CEO should be able to give permissions to people, regardless of current channel access rights.
