ONLY if that you or someone you know has better than 100% refining, anything over 100% and you'll be losing. In which case, the best option would be to only refine what you need for your current production needs.

If you have more commodities than you can use between now and then, sell them priced at the 100% conversion rate.

I'm surprised so many raise such concerned voices over this. Yes this will cause some small gains, but without it some gains would just be insane. Good thinking DEVs.
