same as noone would ever think of building 1k sequer just to destroy them outside to get the insurance payout.

its to much work to gather the materials, refine them, build CTs (needs decoder) and then you have to undock, pvp flag and shoot them down, one by one...

noone would do something like this because its to complicated for the very small gain.
