Please nerf missiles more sir, i didn't find them completely useless.
Change: Set the explosion size of seismic missiles to the same size as all the other missile types.
While i understand that you want to protect small bots from big bad grophos, all you have achieved is that missiles wont do full damage until stupid EP spend on mechs.
LvL 7 untill you do full damage on mech.
Also, now the one good ammo, the seismic, which was "specialty" in my opinion, is nerffed.
There is now even less point for using seismic (or any other damage mix) over chemical.
Change: Reset flight path calculation (the LOS arc) of missiles to its original (lower) state.
Why? If you did this for cosmetic reasons over the game balance one's... Allah help us.
Change: Zenith's EW energy usage bonus changed to EW range bonus.

New:Line-of-sight calculations are now applied to energy drainers, energy transferers, energy neutralizers and remote armor repairers.
Will make little difference in remote rep, but will severely nerf ictus. Which combined with this change...

...created a blanket nerf of all possible EW, energy and conventional. Now, dont get me wrong, i am not huge fan of the EW to begin with, and if this was your intent, then hats off.
New: Added a new attribute for armor plates and lightweight frames called "Demobilizer resistance". The effect somewhat resembles inertia, since in case of armor plates this resistance weakens the slowdowning effect of demobilizers, while equipping lightweight frames increases their effect.
This, paired with new Zenith, will create 500m no fly zone around any gang that has zenith.
Actually, zenith alone can do that. This change relay servers nothing,
but, time will tell.

Actually, this will impact seth the least in speed, due to heavy initial weight, and nerf the lighter robots.
Fix: Shield absorption did not take robot size into account.
