Topic: compensation

I would like to know whether the compensation for the inability to enter the game... it was impossible to play (ENTER THE GAME!) for nearly a week sad. I'm, like many others, a subscriber and pay the money, and  can not use the service because of the problems on your side neutral . I would like to get an answer and does not see my topic between "deleted". I apologize for my terrible English roll.
