Topic: Factorio!

On steam, if you need a new addiction buy it. First game in a long time that I played 5 hours straight amd forced myself to stop. Had tetris-effect that night while I slept. First game in a long time that I happily restarted to simplify or correct my layout. There are already mods made for it, big one is Bob's mod, people compare it to tekkit vs vanilla mc.

I was like that with Xcom 2, soon as that came out nobody saw me for a week and my gf was crying that I was cheating on her .. i have problems

Good to see it can run on Linux without Wine too. Seems to be happening with more and more games these days. Anticipating Steam OS maybe?

Yes. Kudos on Valve for attempting to break dependence away from Windows. Even helping develop Vulcan API which will give better performance than Opengl.

Factorio is good, tried it on alpha, must be much better now.

I logged into TS in the morning before work and I'm like what's up guys?  Like everyone's in factorio and then I come home from work, finish plumbing for the bathroom remodel, get everything cleaned up and I get on about 930 at night.  I'm like how's everyone?  Still on factorio.  I'm like well headed to sleep.  Then someone says "Jesus it's 930 already?"  Lol.  I'm like yeah we are having an intervention soon, lol.

its what is fun about gamma in perp... without all the anoying stuff, like other player trying to shoot your stuff.


or other comparision - its something like top-down minecraft, terraria, sim-City, etc.
