Was thinking of coming back for a look but wanted to know if it was even worth it.

Last I heard Green got smashed by a balance patch gone wrong.

Is this still the case?

There's no pvp, Gamma is still a broken mess, greens got nerfed fairly bad and the market is as dead as Whitney's daughters brain.

I would at least wait till after the mission patch.

Yeah macroing becoming legal at least gives you a reason to log in if you think you might want to come back.
