Nah the patch just means nobody will even theoretically be able to challenge our dominion in the long run.
It's almost like a "I love you guys" prezzie from Zoom. 
NO WAY to go back, that affected us already, so nothing good to reverse back.

This patch as brought a level of tears not seen since Jita was gonna crush us.
