Topic: Beta and Alpha NPC balancing

A few changes to address legitimate concerns and make beta ratting more worthwhile

1) Replace racial plasma in tier 4 and below rats with common plasma

2) Reduce common plasma buy orders by 30%

3) Increase racial plasma buy orders by 30%

4) Revert the explosion damage change

5) Prevent NPC's getting damaged by plasma bombs

6) Only allow tier 3 beacons on beta

Pointless, doesn't bring anything positive to the game and just tries to fix what isn't broken in the first place.

Everything is fine, don't touch beta mechanics.

1).  Then you eliminate one benefit to actually owning a station.
2).  Only separate the margin between risk/reward further on alpha with mining.

5).  I'm neutral in the matter.
6).  No.  Forcing group activities on Beta won't help incentives for living on Beta.

the idea of 1, 2 and 3 is to make all alpha spawns drop a plasma that costs 30% less only and some beta spawns drop a plasma thats worth 30% more. I dont see how it eliminates a benefit to holding a station?
