I did a little browsing first to see if this had come up before, but I couldn't find anything so figured it might be worth reporting.

In Hershfield, I seem to be getting one quest a VAST majority more then the rest. I am somewhat led to believe there are 11 different level 3 quests, and I have gotten one about 80% of the time, after about 20 missions I have gotten it about 4/5 times. The missions is Nemesis X. My last 8 missions I have gotten this mission 7 times, that was when I started keeping track.

I don't know if its just because missions are getting reworked that this is happening, or if it is a bug, or just random RNG, but I figured I would report it regardless because it seems like it may in fact be a bug.
