It does ask me for admin rights, I click yes, and a Steam error shows up.

It downloaded nearly the whole game again as an update, but it does not work, gave same error.

I pushed out an update that SHOULD fix it; not sure how often Steam updates though so might take a while.

Ok thanks for the help Gargaj, I deleted Appcache folder from my steam directory and loaded steam as admin again. Now it works fine.

Here is there the Steam support page to use if any encounters the same problem because most of my Steam games did not work:

All my clients hang on the login screen with the select-char picture.

I see market orders popping up just fine in the bottom right corner.

I got it to work on Steam by launching steam as admin but today it's not working again, I give up for now and log in as through the standalone version, does anyone have this problem?
