Topic: Anniversary Sparks?

Can somebody explain to me what the "golden" Anniversary Sparks are? As a new player, are they no longer open to me?

They were sparks you could set that were some type of hybrid. I believe if you open your sparks you can scroll to the bottom and they should be there. I'm at work and can't check in game right now.

I found them there, thank you. There are two and they are locked of course.
