Topic: Sending a crash dump

Add an option that, if you wish to add description of the crash first but then press "Cancel", then it will send that dump anyway.

Oh and pls add a possibility that allows to start sending of crash data manual and not sending it automatically, because if 2 clients crash together, my bad upload tends to render me impossible to play 3 client if both sends crash data

And option to re-send or erase unsent dumps automatically - client forlder turns into a trash bin.
