Topic: Calculating explosion damage

Was wondering if anyone has any ideas how to calculate explosion damage? From what I understand, it is mostly related to robot mass and another player is the distance between bots. Does anyone have any more info?

Isnt it Accumulator+AHP+Surface hit size?

Damage = hitpoints * 0.5 * accu fill modificator
Damage = equally diveded into all four damage types

Explosion radius = 20m optimal + (hitsize * 10) falloff

last but not least, same formula as for missiles explosion radius vs. targets hitsize is used to modify the damage take by target.

Damage recieved = targets hitsize / exploding bots hitsize

accu fill modificator  is 2 at accumulator 50% fill status, 1 at 0% or 100%

example: exploding bot with 50% accumulator, 1000 hitpoints and 10m hitsize eploding next to an assault with 4m hitsize:

explosion damage = 1000 / 2 * 2 = 1000 damage = 250 thermal + 250 seismic + 250 kinetic + 250 chemical

damage taken by assault: 4/10 *250 = 0,4 * 250 = 100 per damage type vs. the resists of the bot.
