What is the total energy out put for energy transfer nodes?

the Info window says 700AP for a standard energy transmitter node

is that max per outgoing connection ? 700(4) =2800 ?

or is that split between all 4 structures connected to it ? 700/4= 175 ?

700 AP is the total output and it's split between connections, depending on priority settings.
