what happens upon deconstruction of a terminal?

a, any warning that there are still assets in that terminal?
- if yes, would it tell in which storage
- can terminal owner even tell if friendly corp has storages rented?)

b, will anything drop into the fieldcan that pops up after deconstruction?

c, how will deconstruction differ from destruction ?

d, why cant i simply "upgrade" an already existing terminal to advanced or hitech? The connection range of the facilities are probably to short to simply connect to a new terminal that i have to build BEFORE deconstructon of the old one, because all of the assets and production lines stored in it.
