- add the ability to clear current plan without deleting and re-creating it

- add the ability of admin-jump when in free-camera mode

- change "access denied" message on deleting a plan to 'only owner can do that" or sorta

- add the ability to see other plans borders you have access to when creating new one nearby

- add the ability to set up width/height of the plan to create an rectangled one

- add the ability to rotate a plan, at least in 45 degrees angle
