New: Added health bars for plants, visible in the landmark information window.

1. Plants healthbar is not visible in landmark info
2. the healthbar of plants in targeting computer when locked does not show damage to plants that got hit by weapons

... it works perfect with walls, but not plants.

Show plant health in landmark information and fix the health bar in targeting computer too (Not that they can be shot directly)
